****Vacation rentals (greater than 14 days) in Collier (Naples) will be allowed for occupants from all US states including those states identified by the Governor's executive orders. Any vacation rental reservations made with guests from areas identified by the Governor as high risk, through Executive Orders (Currently EO 20-82, NY, NJ, CT, & EO 20-86 LA), must be for periods longer than the quarantine period (currently at 14 days) established in that Order. Guests occupying those vacation rentals must adhere to the quarantine restrictions or be subject to established criminal and civil penalties.

There's even a local supermarket, pharmacy, and post office just across the street. This sought after community is also convenient for walking, biking, or driving to nearby Clam Pass Beach.
The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units and wired access for your computer is also available. In the lobby, you will find 2 computers and printer w/internet access,, racquetball, pickleball, tennis, small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub/spa, and 6 BBQ gas grills throughout the property. The picturesque grounds include walking bridges, ponds, and fountains that create a truly tropical oasis setting
There is an on site restaurant (Gypsy Island Grill) which is currently not operating due to maintenance issues.
