Park Shore Resorts prime location west of Hwy.41 (Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and famous downtown Naples. There's even a local supermarket, pharmacy, and post office just across the street. This sought after community is also convenient for walking, biking, or driving to nearby Clam Pass Beach.
The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units and wired access for your computer is also available. In the lobby, you will find 2 computers and printer w/internet access,, racquetball, pickleball, tennis, small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub/spa(currently out of service), and 6 BBQ gas grills throughout the property. The picturesque grounds include walking bridges, ponds, and fountains that create a truly tropical oasis setting
There is an on site restaurant (Hogfish Harry’s).
This two (2) Bedroom (King in Master w/40" Smart TV, 2 Twins in Guest w/36" Flat Screen TV) unit has been completely renovated to provide a freshly updated modern design throughout!! Living room w/ultra contemporary electric fireplace w/heater feature mounted on the wall. The kitchen & bathrooms have been upgraded with high end finishes including solid surface quartz counter tops.
Unlike other units within this complex, The Master/King Suite has been relocated to directly access the private screened Lanai with tranquil garden views. The Master Suite Bath has Shower only w/custom tile work, while the Guest Bath (directly across hall from Guest Bedroom) provides Tub/Shower combo. This unique floor plan provides the ultimate in guest privacy.
Additionally, this 1st Floor Condo IN BLDG. "C" has no steps and no need for elevator! Parking is accessible right outside the front door of unit. This Condo is also equipped with a stackable Washer & Dryer.
Property has beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels & cooler.

I was quite shocked to receive this unfair 2 star review for this lovely unit. Although we typically appreciate "guest input", I'm really confused regarding your comment about "way too much furniture for size of unit"?? We simply tried to provide seating for 4 guests....love seat and 2 side chairs....none of which are "large scale". We're aware of the space constraints. The dishwasher is not broken and you never mentioned any issues of any kind during your stay. Nor did you mention any discontent with the bedding or towels; as we utilize a linen service for these items. Would have been happy to address any of your concerns. We both know you had my personal cell# at your disposal. SWFL does tend to have "bugs", but any reported sightings could have been addressed with a simple pest control spray. Your critique of the resort grounds is about as ridiculous as your feedback for this unit. BTW, the draperies are not from the 80's, they are quite new. In closing, we only wish you would have utilized the direct access provided to the property manager to have reported any operational issues. Fortunately, the review history for this property speaks volumes. Although we're certainly glad to hear that you survived your stay, that statement is a clear example of the drama contained in your entire review. We encourage you to explore your short term vacation rental options moving forward in Naples. Not sure where else you think you can find a similarly self contained resort offering less than 1 week (or even 1 month) rental options for a fully stocked 2BR/2BA condo. This unit in particular is well presented and certainly a fair value for the area. We're just sorry that you were unable to appreciate all that it has to offer. Respectfully, Itrip Management
