I would need much more documentation space & time to respond in great detail to these unreasonable and unwarranted claims. Fortunately, the otherwise endless list of 5 star reviews speak volumes about both this property and our management style. It's SWFL, you cannot open windows with mold concerns.....so whether the screen sizes were appropriate or not is irrelevant. Outdoor window casings are rarely without some form of debris, but were cleaned during your stay. No ripped curtains, if rod without drape over a mini blind, should not be of consequence....same for a picture hanging hook that was painted over. Air vent not filthy, but cleaned as you requested. Toilets never found dirty (unless cleaned a few days prior to arrival and ring developed at water level). Clogged sink was due to a malfunctioned garbage disposal which we addressed. Faucet not broken, but loose and functioning.....has been replaced. Don't recall if doorbell operated at that time....there is a knocker. Washing machine was not broken, but was a bit noisy and has since been replaced. Door to lanai has never been broken nor has there been any issue with it closing. No idea what your referring to with regard to ceiling stains and chipped paint and nonoperational switches. Anyone who reads your list can clearly read between the lines in recognizing that you're "searching" for things to complain about. Otherwise, why did you even mention any issues if you didn't want them addressed? Your logic makes absolutely no sense. Our first priority is attention to customer service. It unfortunately appeared an impossible task to please the customer in this particular situation.
