The entrance into this stunning home provides incredible views of the open floor plan directly onto the expansive pool/spa deck with screened enclosure. The upscale yet comfortable great room (w/58 inch flat screen TV) houses an entire wall of sliding glass doors which creates indoor living space flowing into outdoor living space.
The well appointed and modern kitchen boasts granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There’s a breakfast nook, bar stools, and also formal dining space seating options.
This gorgeous single story vacation home offers the ultimate in privacy with its split bedroom floor plan. The master suite (king bed w/42 inch flat screen TV) is located on the opposite side of the house from the two guest bedrooms. The en suite master bath contains an adult height vanity w/dual sinks, granite counter top and custom tiled shower. One guest bedroom provides a queen bed and the other guest bedroom houses a bunk bed (twin on top and full size bed on bottom), as well as a separate twin bed. The guest bedrooms are flanked by the guest bath with a tub/shower combo.

Thanks so very much for your feedback. However, it's always important to share both sides of the story; as it's only fair to do so. You sent an email with a lengthy list of items which I thought you were asking "if they were in the house". I responded sharing which items were there and which ones were not. Then you clarified this list was actually your request. I told you that it would have been prudent to have asked much further in advance since this was a super busy check in weekend (holiday-Fathers Day). The reality is that most property managers would not have even agreed to attempt to accommodate this list of requests. I did my best and provided most of the items with exception of larger appliances not normally stocked in any rental homes. I admitted to you & apologized that I forgot to check to see if the ice cream scoop was there while dropping the other items. I simply reminded you that it could easily be purchased at the Dollar Tree if it was missing. This was intended as a time saving suggestion....nothing else. You asked for more kitchen towels and dish cloths. This house is in the linen program with the cleaning company. They dropped 4 dish towels....you said you needed dish cloths.....cleaners were out of inventory stock for cloths....so I shared that fact with you so you would understand why not provided. I frequently use the "FYI" in my texts.....not intended to be snarky in any way....my apologies if it was received as such. You asked about extra paper products. I simply told you our policy. The paper products are provided by the cleaning company and only intended to be enough for "starter supplies"....not enough for entire stay. Terribly sorry for your disappointment, but this is not a hotel, it's a vacation rental. You saw what was supplied......you never asked until later. How was that my fault? I have no idea how you could have been disappointed by our personal touch with private texting. Most property managers wouldn't even respond to a text or an email as promptly as I do....how is that a problem? Most guests appreciate my level of prompt communication. Please accept my apologies for not updating the guest manual with the new day of the week visit for the pool service provider. However, the pool guy kindly announced himself (as you later admitted), did his job and left. How else do you expect him to handle weekly servicing/chemical treating of the pool? Although we do apologize for any inconvenience, as I told you, this is simply standard procedure. The bottom line is that even the pool guy commented about your attitude with him....it was clearly the same presented with me during your entire stay. When I reached out to clarify the dish cloths were out of stock (my responsibility to clarify), you responded with "I said I'm making do!" . Your accusations of snarky, curt, and passive aggressive are ironically exactly how I would describe your behavior towards me. I'm very sorry that you felt that your overall experience should have been better. Not once have you mentioned any property related issues. Not exactly 3 star justifiable. We work extremely hard to ensure a positive experience for our guests. This is reflected in our long list of positive reviews. Having said that, I encourage you to explore your options moving forward. I only hope that you're met with the same level of responsiveness that we strive to provide.
