As clarified in our recent post review email, you were referring to oven door becoming hot during broiling cycle as "dangerous oven"...have since reported info to owner. Your reference to the house needing updates, we feel that our on line pics provide a clear view of what to expect ......(& is priced accordingly in comparison to more updated homes in this area). This home is among prime real estate in "The Moorings" with waterfront boat dock.....with incredible sunset views. We appreciate you pointing out this feature. There is no pool heater, which is referenced in the property listing description. You reached out regarding the pool pump making noises and I immediately contacted the service provider, particularly since the pump was newly installed within the last 30 days. This issue has been addressed. We were also happy to promptly respond to your requests for items during your stay; as customer service is our first priority.
