We loved the condo location and having a locker to utilize close to the gondola at Steamboat. It made it so nice to not have to travel back and forth with our gear. The condo was close to so many good restaurants, we never had a bad meal. I would delicately rent here again, if we return to steamboat.

A group of us stayed here during the Sundance Film Festival and had a lovely time. Especially enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub, which contributed to the overall cozy atmosphere. Great heat and hot water in the condo as well, which can be an issue in the mountains.

Another great family vacation at South Shores II at Surfside Beach S.C. Our condo 105 did have a few issues during the week but all the problems were handled quickly by the maintenance person by the name of Randy. Mandy the office personnel at itrip Myrtle Beach South office is always a big help making our reservations and answering any questions we might have. We appreciate their good service.

Very spacious and comfortable home with everything you need! A 7-10 min drive to Vail resorts or a short walk to the shuttle! Food and drinks is a short 5 min drive away as well as grocery shopping for those long weekends! Slept 5 comfortably and great communication between the rental company and ya!

Our studio room was perfect for the two of us. Sunsets were lovely from the white sand beach or from the corner balcony. The rooms decor was beautiful and beachy. We used the toaster oven to bake pre-made cookies one night for a treat!! The room is located over the pool and tiki bar/lounge. Enjoyed sitting on the couch for reading. Check in was easy.
