Guests enter The High Life by entering the front door near the carport and walking up the interior stair case to the kitchen and living room. On this first floor of the home, you will find an open floor plan layout between the kitchen, dining area and living room. The living room features access to a small porch that overlooks the alleyway in front of the house. The home's master suite and the upstairs guest suite is located on the second floor of the home. The home's downstairs guest bedroom is only accessible via an exterior door from the alleyway around the corner from the carport. Please note that the home's downstairs guest bedroom currently only has a half bathroom (with only a vanity and toilet) so guests staying in this downstairs guest bedroom will have to walk out of the exterior door of the downstairs guest bedroom, walk through the carport & front door and use one of the two showers on the home's second floor.
Please NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME! Pets are prohibited. Smoking is not permitted in the home. The maximum number of guests or visitors for this house at all times -- day or night -- is 6 people. These are causes for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a quiet residential neighborhood -- please be respectful of the home's neighbors at all times.
