This convenient three bedroom, two level, end unit, condominium is surrounded by the San Juan Mountains with great views of Telluride Ski & Golf Resort, Palmyra Peak & Whipple Mountain! Vaulted ceilings throughout the kitchen, dining, living area, and master suite provides bright and spacious living. This condo is well appointed and equipped with everything you need, including thoughtful feel at home touches.

As you enter the residence, the main level has an open floor plan with mountain views, allowing for welcoming conversations throughout the kitchen, dining and living area. The gas fireplace makes the living space warm and cozy. The kitchen is efficient and well equipped with a gas stove and oven and stainless steel appliances. The balcony off the living space has a gas grill overlooking the Meadows neighborhood and surrounding peaks. Two guest bedrooms are located off the living area; the first guest bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and the second guest bedroom has a queen bedsand a full bathroom outside the door with a step-in tub/shower. The washer and dryer are located on this level.

Private and spacious upper level. This primary bedroom and ensuite bathroom, have vaulted ceilings and views. The sliding door off the bedroom area to the exterior balcony offers a peaceful place to sit and absorb the crisp mountain air and surrounding views. The large well-lit bathroom with jetted tub allows you to soak and relax. The bathroom also has a separate glass enclosed walk-in shower, large vanity, private water closet and walk-in closet.

The two-car tandem garage is located on the ground level and has secure parking for one vehicle along with ample storage for ski and outdoor equipment. For reference, the unit is on the second floor (top level) and is accessed by an open-air staircase.

Skiing, hiking and biking trails are steps outside the door with easy access to all activities offered throughout Telluride and Mountain Village. Ski access is approximately 300 yards, a very short walk to The Meadows Ski Run located at the base of Chondola (Lift 1) and Sunshine Express (Lift 10).

Three FREE seasonal transportation services offered throughout Mountain Village, make getting around convenient and hassle-free for everyone without the worry of driving conditions, parking or choosing a designated driver. 1) Chondola “hybrid ski lift/gondola car” for skiers or non-skiers which allows you to ride inside a gondola car to the heart of Mountain Village then you can decide to walk around or ride the Gondola down into the town of Telluride or take the Mountain Village Gondola to Town Hall Plaza showcasing Mountain Village Market , Coffee Shop or Town Hall. 2) Dial-A-Ride is a call away, and they will take you anywhere in Mountain Village. 3) Local Bus Shuttle Service stops at bus stop at the entrance of the Outlaws complex and stops at the Town Hall Plaza with additional stops throughout Mountain Village, all of which access the core of Mountain Village and the free Gondola to the Town of Telluride.

Great condo - Highly Recommend

This condo was clean, spacious, well-appointed, nicely decorated, everything worked, has central heating with a humidifier, and has a heated garage. While a humidifier might not seem like a big deal, if you’ve ever stayed in the mountains before you’ll know how wonderful it is to have one. The primary master bedroom is up a short flight of stairs and has a beautiful bathroom, a balcony and is a large room. Even with a king-size bed the room has plenty of space to walk around in. The other rooms have king-size beds and, although not as large as the primary master, have plenty of space. All bathrooms are very nice and the bedrooms have usable closets and there are plenty of luggage racks. A nice touch was the Alexa, chargers, and charging cords provided in each bedroom. The kitchen is nicely appointed and we particularly liked the dishes! There were enough pots and pans to prepare dinners, breakfasts and lunches. The owner has provided coffee and filters, hot chocolate and tea. The eating area seemed small for the size of the condo but we were able to comfortably seat 5 for dinner. The sitting area has a gas fireplace and a balcony with a grill. It was a comfortable area with a nice area rug and plenty of seating. There are lots of outlets throughout the unit. The garage was heated and we were able to leave skis, poles, and boots in it. No hauling our equipment up to the unit! It was large enough to fit a 4Runner with a car top carrier on it. Two things to note - it is a walkup on the third floor so pack accordingly and it is a walk up a slight hill to get to the lifts and gondola. I would happily stay in this condo again!
