Guests enter Sugar Magnolia by walking up the exterior staircase to the front door on the home's elevated front porch. Once you enter the front door, you will find a foyer, the living room and the stairwell to the home's second floor. The open floor plan layout connects the living room to the sunny kitchen & dining area. There is a small seating area and office near one side of the kitchen and a half bathroom located near the foyer. The home's two master bedroom suites are located on the ground floor of the home on the other side of the living room. A back porch, which is accessible from the dining area and one of the master bedroom suites, extends the full length of the back side of the home and the front porch extends the full length of the front side of the home. On the second floor of the home, you will find two guest bedrooms that share one Jack & Jill bathroom.

Please NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME! The 10 person maximum occupancy is the maximum number of people that you may have in the unit at anytime during your stay -- day or night. Smoking and pets are not permitted. These are all separate causes for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. It was my wife and I with our 13 month old son and one family member, and the house was very spacious and accommodated our needs. We ultimately had a little bit of bad luck with the local weather but the outdoor space at the house is also very nice when the weather permits. Our hosts were extremely responsive and helpful in connection with our various questions.
