With over 4,700 square feet, this spacious retreat offers five private bedrooms plus a sunroom with a Murphy bed, comfortably accommodating up to 14 overnight guests with ample space to unwind.

Spend your days poolside in the private pool (not heated), fishing right from the backyard, or enjoying the lake with access to a private boat slip and neighborhood boat ramp. Evenings are perfect for the spa, outdoor fireplace, and fully equipped outdoor kitchen, all set against beautiful water views. Inside, the home features a dedicated game room with a pool table, a large upstairs bonus area, and thoughtfully remodeled interiors that deliver a true luxury stay—ideal for family getaways, group trips, or an off-season lake retreat with extra privacy and space.

Things to Note:

This is a non-smoking residence. Smoking is strictly prohibited. This is a family-friendly property and there will be additional charges if we discover any evidence of smoking in the home.

Parking is strictly limited to a maximum of 5 vehicles total. One vehicle must be parked inside the garage, with any remaining vehicles parked in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted at any time.

Absolutely no events, parties, or large gatherings. Any unauthorized guests, including day guests, will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund.

We have a very strict no pets policy. Pets on the property will result in an immediate cancellation with no refund.

You must be 25 years of age to book. ID verification will be required.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. Quiet hours are 10pm–8am and must be observed. Occupancy limits must be followed at all times. Noise violations or exceeding occupancy may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

PET POLICY
Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly homes with prior approval and a paid pet fee. Unauthorized pets are strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine (plus additional cleaning and damage costs). Pets must be removed immediately or the reservation may be canceled without refund.

HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and are not to be taken from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners, bathroom paper, and soap is provided. There is a one-time cleaning fee at the time of booking. 

UTILITIES
No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or Wi-Fi. Outages will be reported, and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. 

NO SMOKING: ZERO TOLERANCE
Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vaping, marijuana, etc.) is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property and will result in a $250 fine. If there is any evidence of smoking inside the home, you will also be responsible for all additional costs required to remediate the property, including but not limited to deep cleaning, deodorizing, and ozone treatment. 

RULES AND REGULATIONS
  1. Guest agrees to leave the property in the same general condition it was found—clean, neat, and undamaged.
  2. All dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and trash bagged and placed in the designated outdoor receptacles upon departure.
  3. Occupancy must not exceed the maximum number listed in the property description at any time, including day visitors.
  4. Furnishings and household items may not be removed from the property.
  5. The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old, must be present for the entire stay, and may not book on behalf of others.
  6. Guest and all occupants must comply with all local and state laws at all times while on the property.
Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and additional charges for damages or violations.

MAINTENANCE
Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, and televisions.

LINENS/TOWELS/SUPPLIES
The owners furnish linens and towels. Any lost or damaged linens may occur additional charges. An initial supply of paper products is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Tenant. Limited cleaning supplies may be provided. 

POOL, LAKE & OUTDOOR AREAS (IF APPLICABLE)
Use of pool, lake, patio/deck, and surrounding areas is at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Surfaces may be slippery. No diving, running, or horseplay. Children and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times. Guest assumes all risk and must report any safety concerns immediately.

HAZARDOUS PRACTICES
No open flames, i.e., a candle burning, are permitted in the unit. Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection. 

HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

BEST relaxing couples weekend!

The Water's Edge is an amazing house at an even more amazing location! We are frequent travelers not easily impressed, but this place is super clean, has comfortable beds/ bedding, and a really well-equipped kitchen! Our friends loved having the flexibility to gather together in several gathering spaces, or choose from other quiet spaces (inside and out!). Being February, we did not take part in any water activities (tons!) but did enjoy the spa and easy to control app. Everything was close to perfect. If we had to offer any wish-list items it would be another 4 top table & chairs in the far corner of Living room and gas logs for the fireplace. :) We will be back again!
