Come create lasting memories in sunny Arizona! This brand new, 4-bedroom home (2,168 sq ft) has plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Away from the main hustle and bustle but close enough to reach in a short 15-minute drive. The large private hot tub in the backyard seats up to 7 and can help loosen up sore muscles after one or several hiking adventures while the built-in propane grill along with the patio allow you to enjoy the Arizona outdoor weather to its fullest.

When you arrive, you will find a well appointed and clean home. Kick off your shoes and get comfortable for your first night in town. Unwind from your day of travel and start preparing for all the excitement to come. You are bound to have a few stories to share when you return home, but we don’t want you to go just yet. We love having guests, so let us know how we can help you maximize your time here.

Hiking is a popular local activity and is a great way to experience the desert, so you may want to explore the trails at San Tan Regional and Usery Mountain Regional Parks. There are some great family-friendly activities close by as well. And, if you’re in town for a sporting event at Legacy Sports Complex, you’ll want to make sure to leave some time to experience the desert.

SECURITY: There is one doorbell camera that records. It is not actively monitored and recordings will not be accessed unless a safety, security, or noise issue occurs.

NOISE MONITORING: there is a decibel measuring device (does NOT record audio) on back patio and inside the house to identify parties/excessive noise

VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL FEES ($500 - $2,000) AND/OR EVICTION AND FORFEITURE OF ALL MONIES PAID

- Must be at least 25 years old to book and cannot book for someone under 25 without staying at the property for the duration of the booking.

HOUSE RULES:
- NO smoking/vaping allowed inside or outside
- NO events, parties or large gatherings allowed (only guests staying at the house plus two visitors are allowed on the property at any given time)
- NO rearranging furniture inside the home or moving inside furniture to any outdoor area (or vice versa). A restaging fee of $500 will be charged to place furniture back where it belongs. Any damages noted from furniture being moved will result in additional charges.
- NO tampering with security camera or noise monitoring devices
- Please report any damages that occur during your stay
- Must be at least 25 years old to book, and person listed on booking must stay at the home for the entire stay if all other occupants are under the age of 25
- All guests shall obey all local and state laws during their stay
- Exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for illegal activity, causing damage to the premises or to any of the neighboring properties, and any other acts that interfere with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the property and forfeiture of all monies paid

HOT TUB RULES:
- Avoid taking glass near or in the hot tub
- Enjoy at your own risk - no lifeguard on duty
- Children must be supervised at all times
- NO diving
- NO horseplay
- Only use pool towels outside - do NOT use the bath towels outside (additional charge of $150 if bath towels are used outside)


- All linens and towels are provided. Any lost or damaged linens and towels will be charged to the guest.

- Must leave home in substantially the same condition, neat and tidy, as it was found. Additional fees will apply if checkout instructions are not followed and/or damages are found.

- Using the property address as a mailing address is strictly prohibited. Any guest that needs to receive mail while staying at the property will obtain a private mailbox elsewhere to receive their mail. 

- No compensation given for temporary outages of electricity, gas, water, cable, and/or internet service. All efforts will be made to restore as soon as possible.

- Report any maintenance issues. No refunds will be made for maintenance including, but not limited to, heating/AC, appliances, and TVs.

Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services; or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owner’s intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).

iTrip or the Owner does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property nor does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond their control.

We needed a transitional home for 1 month before moving out of state. We have 2 young children, this place was perfect for our family to get settled quickly. Everything you’d need to live here was included and so helpful! We had a wifi issue in the beginning and Megan was super helpful to get the issue resolved. Highly recommend this place!
