Check out this amazing resort-like home located in sunny Mesa, AZ! With over 4,600 sq ft of inside living space for all to enjoy, it also boasts an impressive outdoor living experience. Soak up as much sun as you desire by taking full advantage of the spa, pool with waterslide, lounge chairs, putting green, in-ground trampoline, and half court basketball area. The outdoor built-in gas BBQ grill is also a must to keep mealtimes simple, and at night, all can relax around the gas fire pit while exchanging fun stories about the day. As if that isn’t enough to create lasting memories together, inside there is a ping pong table and a large Connect Four game in the loft.

When you first arrive at the house, unload all your bags to start getting settled. Once you’ve had a minute to refresh, get everyone involved in cooking up a fresh cooked meal together. The large kitchen has plenty of counter space and is fully equipped, which makes cooking for 12 easy. The large dining table can seat everyone together, so no one has to feel left out. After a long day of adventure, many may be ready to unwind before crashing for the night. Movie night on the 86” smart TV with a couple bowls of popcorn or some quiet time in your private space can be a great way to wrap up the day.

In the morning, brew up a pot of coffee and relax on the back patio before the rest of the house starts to wake up. Set up a breakfast buffet on the island bar area for all to enjoy as they mosey on down after getting ready for the day ahead. Hiking is practically outside the front door with only a 10-minute drive to the mountains, but there are also plenty of other places to explore nearby in the city (see Location Highlights below).

- Must provide first and last names of all of adults (18+) staying at the home at time of booking (HOA requirement for each booking)

- NO smoking/vaping allowed inside or outside
- NO events, parties or large gatherings allowed (only registered guests allowed, all names of adults staying must be provided to HOA)
- Quiet hours begin at 10pm (all activity must be brought inside at that time)
- NO rearranging furniture inside the home or moving inside furniture to any outdoor area (or vice versa). A restaging fee of $500 will be charged to place furniture back where it belongs. Any damages noted from furniture being moved will result in additional charges.
- NO tampering with security cameras
- Please report any damages that occur during your stay
- Must be at least 25 years old to book, and person listed on booking must stay at the home for the entire stay if all other occupants are under the age of 25
- All guests shall obey all local and state laws during their stay
- Exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for illegal activity, causing damage to the premises or to any of the neighboring properties, and any other acts that interfere with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the property and forfeiture of all monies paid

- Do not touch pool equipment or adjust any pool settings unless instructed
- Avoid taking glass near the pool
- Swim at your own risk - no lifeguard on duty

- NO running or horseplay (pool deck may be slippery when wet)

- Only use pool towels outside (additional charge of $150 if bath towels are used outside)

- All linens and towels are provided. Any lost or damaged linens and towels will be charged to the guest.

- Must leave home in substantially the same condition, neat and tidy, as it was found. Additional fees will apply if checkout instructions are not followed and/or damages are found.

- Using the property address as a mailing address is strictly prohibited. Any guest that needs to receive mail while staying at the property will obtain a private mailbox elsewhere to receive their mail. 

- No compensation given for temporary outages of electricity, gas, water, cable, and/or internet service. All efforts will be made to restore as soon as possible.

- Report any maintenance issues. No refunds will be made for maintenance including, but not limited to, heating/AC, appliances, and TVs.

Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services; or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owner’s intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).

Fantastic home for vacation!

This home was fantastic! The amenities were what made us book, but ease of check in, check out, getting amenities turned on remotely, provided essentials, it was all spot on. This house was perfect for our group of 12 with four kids 6, 9, 12, 14. Wonderful to have four and a half baths and four rooms with king beds plus the bunk room for the kiddos! Plenty of parking for our four vehicles. We cooked a couple of times and had everything we needed. Quick access to 202 made it easy to get around town to the various spots we went for golf and baseball games. Will look first at this home if our group returns to Phoenix!

Large, clean and comfortable home

This home was large, had comfy beds, great amenities, large kitchen with an oversized fridge, good wifi and an amazing backyard. There was plenty to do with the family. We did have a hard time getting the AC cooling down in the lower level, but after texting the property manager it was fixed. The home and yard were beautiful, spacious, and perfect. We did come up to go boating at the nearby lakes and we got a text the first night stating we couldn't have a boat in the driveway per HOA rules, and the property listing did not state you couldn't park a boat or clarify the HOA rules. We had to scramble at the last minute to not park our boat in the driveway.

First Class Family Time

Our son's AAU tournament gave us the chance to travel across the country where our parents/grandparents could join us from California. The opportunity for quality time with family we see far too infrequently demanded a property that would provide a relaxed, spacious environment with activities for all. This property exceeded our most hopeful expectations! Immactulately maintained with a simply stunning backyard that one of our friends described as "family time perfection." The pool is in great condition with a beautiful grotto and waterslide. As a basketball family we have spent a lot of time on outside courts and the quality of the half court set-up is second to none. That's not to mention the putting green, in-ground trampoline, fire pit, etc...all thoughtfully designed and well constructed. The interior of the home has several large rooms, all with quality furnishings, that provide ample space to spend time enjoying one another's company. The large dining room and table were perfect for family dinners. Capping off the experience was a property management company to match the quality of the home. We had a few requests while on property that were immediately responded to with an accommodating approach. Best in class property matched with best in class service. There isn't a question where we or our other family members visiting the Phoenix area will be staying for future trips.
