The cleaning fee includes:

- Cleaning and enhanced disinfecting with products that meet CDC guidelines for the control of bacteria and viruses, including the corona virus

- Sanitizing all hard surfaces including but not limited to: counters, knobs, handles, switches, bath fixtures, remote controls and floors

- Sanitizing all soft surfaces with an industrial fogging process and/or CDC approved process for sanitizing overnight dwellings

- Laundering all linens at the highest possible temperature with a detergent containing bleach

Open kitchen with stainless steel double oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator freezer overlooks the canal. Eating bar with 2 barstools. Small appliances, cookware, silverware, and glasses all included.

Bedroom #1 with large sliding glass door opens to the lanai and pool; king size bed, TV with basic cable and shared access to half bath

Bedroom #2 with 2 twin beds and shared access to half bath

Bedroom #3 with queen bed, separate exterior door opening to the front of the home, small kitchenette with sink, 2-burner cooktop, mini fridge and microwave; ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower

Full bathroom with double sink vanity, combination bathtub and shower, and exterior door that opens to the lanai and pool

Fully screened lanai with heated swimming pool, outdoor dining for 6, propane grill, 2 reclining pool loungers, and 2 relaxing Adirondack chairs - all overlooking the Gulf access canal running directly behind the home

Private boat lift available for rent if you wish to rent a boat and dock it (max 7,000 lbs & 22 feet); you are free to fish off of, or sit on dock without renting it for boating. The fee to rent the dock is $175 for the entirety of your stay

In the garage you will find the washer and dryer, beach gear including beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler; and 2 complimentary cruiser bikes - all provided for your use

Parking available for at least 2 vehicles in driveway

This home is truly in the middle of the best that Southwest Florida has to offer! The quirky and artsy village of Matlacha will delight you and it's less than 5 minutes by car from the house. Home to several delicious waterfront restaurants and bars, Matlacha is a water lovers playground. There you will find multiple fishing opportunities, watersport rentals, art galleries, and unique shops. Cape Coral is an ideal location for Southwest Florida vacationers, and you'll be just a short drive from the stunning Gulf beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, or Fort Myers Beach. A slightly further drive south will have you in Bonita Springs or Naples, where world-class dining, shopping, and lifestyles await you. To the north you'll enjoy the beautiful towns of Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte, nestled along the Charlotte Harbour. Seasonally you can enjoy the Spring Training facilities of the Red Sox or the Twins, and of course year round golf, nature, and cultural activities as well. The owner and property manager have provided an informative Guest Directory that you will find in the home as great resource for things to do and see during your stay.

The property is 22 miles from the Punta Gorda Airport, 29 miles from Southwest Florida International Airport, and 26 miles from Fort Myers Beach

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted in the home, lanai, or garage.

No pets are permitted to stay on the property.

Please note: The tides change and neither the management company nor the owner of the home have any control over the water levels in the canals and are unable to guarantee specific water conditions and accessibility.

Since SW Florida is a sub-tropical climate, it almost never gets close to freezing, which leads it to being desirable for humans, geckos, and insects. Despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect or gecko to get inside the property. Refunds for finding geckos or insects are not given.

The owners have video cameras mounted on the exterior of the home for insurance and security purposes.

Must be 25 years old to rent. Please be prepared to show a government issued picture ID, matching the name the property is booked in, to a representative of the management company or property owner within 24 hours of check-in.

Great two weeks In Matlacha Isles. Super location for access to all of Pine Island and all the Great restaurants on the island. Still just a short drive to Cape Harbor and down town Cape Coral. The house has everything you need. Looking forward to next year. I also should mention Cape Royal Golf course is 2 miles from house.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is in an excellent location. It was clean and supplied with everything we needed. We fished, boated, rode the bikes, floated in the pool, walked around the cozy neighborhood, and shopped all the cute stores in Matlacha! Loved it!
