With today's increased health awareness, we know guests want to be sure they are staying in a property that is clean and sanitized. We are committed to meeting and exceeding industry standards for disinfecting our properties before each guest arrives including:
- Cleaning and disinfecting with products that meet CDC guidelines for the control of bacteria and viruses, including the corona virus
- Sanitizing all hard surfaces including but not limited to: counters, knobs, handles, switches, bath fixtures, remote controls and floors
- Sanitizing all soft surfaces with an industrial fogging process and/or CDC approved process for sanitizing overnight dwellings
- Laundering all linens at the highest possible temperature with a detergent containing bleach

Fully screened lanai with heated swimming pool, outdoor dining for 6, propane grill, 2 reclining pool loungers, and 2 relaxing Adirondack chairs - all overlooking the Gulf access canal running directly behind the home
Private boat lift available for rent if you wish to rent a boat and dock it; you are free to fish off of, or sit on dock without renting it for boating. The fee to rent the dock is $100 for the entirety of your stay
In the garage you will find the washer and dryer, beach gear including beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler; and 2 complimentary cruiser bikes - all provided for your use
Parking available for at least 2 vehicles in driveway

There you will find multiple fishing opportunities, watersport rentals, art galleries, and unique shops. Cape Coral is an ideal location for Southwest Florida vacationers, and you'll be just a short drive from the stunning Gulf beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, or Fort Myers Beach. A slightly further drive south will have you in Bonita Springs or Naples, where world-class dining, shopping, and lifestyles await you. To the north you'll enjoy the beautiful towns of Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte, nestled along the Charlotte Harbour. Seasonally you can enjoy the Spring Training facilities of the Red Sox or the Twins, and of course year round golf, nature, and cultural activities as well. The property is 22 miles from the Punta Gorda Airport, 29 miles from Southwest Florida International Airport, and 26 miles from Fort Myers Beach
No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted in the home, lanai, or garage.
Must be 25 years old to rent. Please be prepared to show a government issued picture ID, matching the name the property is booked in, to a representative of the management company or property owner within 24 hours of check-in.
Please note, the owners have video cameras mounted on the exterior of the home for insurance and security purposes.

One guest in your party will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity, every day, and one person will be free. Additional guests will pay full price.
