Perfect place for Vacation! This unit is directly on the beach with unobstructed views of the gulf. The deck was perfect for drinking morning coffee and wathcing the dolphins swim by. The new deck, living room and bedroom furniture were all tasteful and comfortable. The well stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare daily meals. The kids loved the easy access to the pool and beach. Lots of nearby shops, groceries and restaurants, many within walking distance or a short drive away. The Candy Kitchen is right across the street for our daily ice cream fix! Madeira Beach is a great vacation spot where we met many new friends. The condo unit and building exceeded all our expectations. We'll be back!

This 3 bedroom is perfect for 6 adults or family’s with kids. The location is perfect 10 blocks from John’s Pass with shopping and restaurants along with water excursions. Cute breakfast place across the street and The Reef up the street. Mario’s Italian food a must! If you love live music Saltwater Hippy has incredible entertainers. Last the best part the view and being able to walk right from condo onto the beach!

Can’t Beat The View!

Beautiful view. Weather was perfect. We enjoyed the location and the condo. Right on the beach and not nearly as crowded as the public beach nearby. Check in and check out was as easy as it gets.

Amazing view, gorgeous beach

This is our 3rd time staying at Villa Madeira but the first in this unit, which we loved. There were 6 family members on this trip, 2 parents, 4 young adults. The view is amazing, the beach is perfect (even post-hurricane, March 2025). Every piece of furniture (and I believe the TV) in this unit is brand-spanking new--living, dining, all bedrooms. It was clean. The kitchen itself is perfect, but if I had any issue, it might be that the kitchen supplies could use a refresh (measuring cups/spoons, knives, etc). The pool was still closed as well as the patio overlooking the beach that previously had lounges and tiki tables. That was disappointing and we felt it should have been disclosed in the listing itself because we would have brought comfortable beach chairs from home (though there are beach supplies in the unit). No question, we would stay here again. Nothing could take away from the sound of the waves and waking up to that view every morning!

Amazing location

The property was everything we expected and more. Great place with an awesome beachfront balcony with great sunset views. The location was perfect. The public beach access points were far enough away that we had plenty of space. The lounge chairs and tiki umbrellas along the sand next to the pool were perfect. There's a great local coffee shop directly across the street. Check-in was easy and it was very quick and easy to contact the property manager if we needed to. We will definitely be staying here again next year.

The living room furniture was torn & worn-out making it uncomfortable even when covered with a bedspread. Chairs in the dining area the same. Showers were not cleaned sand had to be vacuumed up before I cleaned them just to use them. Floors were gritty & so dirty just walking across them to check out the place the bottoms of my feet were full of dirt. Dust balls settled in corners & under furniture. I spent all evening my 1st day cleaning. Micro wave is questionably a health risk.Beach chairs have seen better days. Not expecting the shoddy repair work in the master bath. With the amount I paid I expected higher quality. I stay in this area every year & this is by far the worst unit I have has in 15 years. Way over charged.
