We had a lovely stay at 412 Maderia Place. The condo had everything we needed, beach chairs, umbrella, two bathrooms, in unit laundry, everything you need if you’re going to cook. The beach is literally across the street, you can see it out the windows. The water was so calm, and the beach was clean. There is a great coffee/breakfast shop just minutes out the door. The management company was so responsive, we had one issue that they compensated us fairly for and let us know the issue before we checked on. We would definitely stay there again and rent from the rental company.

Very beautiful and clean! Great location for food activities and the beach! We loved our stay and the pool was amazing, the bed was so comfortable. Only thing I disliked was you had to walk all the way around the property and down the block to cross the street to the beach because the gates were locked we had chairs and bag etc and was very heavy carrying it that far.

I can’t say enough positive things about the complex. Clean, all amenities were great. The proximity to beach is great. The view even better. The pool onsite was pristine. Only complaint would be the lounge chairs at pool are very uncomfortable.

I absolutely loved this place. I can't wait to go next year!! The are views from the all the windows. You are right across the street from the beach. There is even a walkway right outside the gate. There is an amazing huge heated pool. The condo is so spacious and bright. They also provided beach chairs, floats, towels and toys. Everything and so great!!

My husband and I enjoyed this beautiful and comfortable condo right across from the beach. Love the new bar restaurant right there too. Couldn’t ask for a better spot to vacation. The weather was superb! We will definitely be back to this spot!

I was traveling with my two elementary school children. We did not have a car, but we were able to take advantage of the local buses that pass right in front of us. The room we stayed in was not new, but it was kept clean and satisfactory. The room was clean and well equipped and we had no problems at all during our five-day stay. It was as comfortable as if we were staying at a relative's house in a rural area. Across the road is a beautiful white sand beach. Unlike living in a hotel, I felt comfortable and integrated into the local community, as if I had access to it from my own home. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants the perfect resort environment, but I would recommend it to anyone who wants to truly enjoy the Florida air. I think our kids really enjoyed themselves at the pool as well. It had both gas and Charcoal BBQ grills and had a great time. I just want to thank you for providing us with great accommodations.

Nice place to stay with restaurants and bars in walking distance. Very spacious with everything you need. Amazing view of ocean though likely to change once construction across the street begins. Easy access to beach. Property management was very attentive, quickly responding to an issue with air conditioning even offering us free tickets gor an event in response which unfortunately I was unable to take advantage of. The pool is great. Would definitely recommend.

This was our first at first stay at 412 Madeira Place. 412 probably has the coldest air-condition in the state of Florida. When we arrived they already had the temperature set to 72 and it felt really good coming in out of the heat. We have stayed at other condos around Madeira and have always had a problem with them not getting cool enough. The view from 412 looking out to the ocean is fantastic the sliding doors open all the way, so you have a No windows blocking your view. My wife owns a maid service and commented on how well the cleaning staff that iTrip used did a great job. This is a 1 bedroom 2 bath condo for us this was perfect. The appliances are newer stainless steel washer and dryer is so quiet the dishwasher is so quiet you won’t even know it’s on. The only downside was the mattress it could use a topper to make it a little more comfortable and a few more blankets “as 412 has the coldest A/C in Florida” My wife and I will definitely book this condo again as we are already looking in a returning date.

This was our second vacation at this location. The location on the beach is great. The condo is well appointed, well located, safe and quiet. The residents are very friendly and we feel very much at home there.The condo is showing it's age however and does need some updating. The carpets especially are worn and stained and should be replaced and updated with hardwood or laminate floors. The water pressure in the shower is quite low. Perhaps a new shower head would help.

I absolutely loved this condo. The view was gorgeous for being across the street from the beach. No road noise could be heard inside when the slider was closed. Every amenity was provided. The bed was comfortable, and the decor was beautiful! It was so helpful to have a washer and dryer in the unit as well as 2 bathrooms. The pool was wonderful and clean. The coffee shop across the street had amazing cinnamon rolls! I could have stayed forever!

The place was great for my wife and I - perfect for our anniversary 5-night trip over Memorial Day. It's just as advertised in the pictures and everything described is there. It's a very short walk across the street to the beach and it's great, even though it rained most of the weekend for us. There are many restaurants very close, within walking distance, and lots to see and do. The coffee shop right next door, Sweet Brewnette, is awesome for coffee and breakfast! The building looks like it was an old hotel with external entrances but that wasn't a big deal for us as we weren't there a ton. One negative was I couldn't get the TV to work the last night, but that wasn't a big deal as we weren't really watching TV anyway.

Our stay at Madeira Place was great in every way. The description of the property was exactly as we experienced. The neighbors were very friendly and we met visitors from many regions even close to our hometown. We had one small issue with our television that was addressed very promptly by the maintenance team. I would highly recommend this property and intend to stay there again.

This location is across the street from the beach, just a few steps from the light activated crosswalk. Exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and perfect views from the fourth floor balcony. All the amenities you could think of including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys and floats. We loved the washer an dryer located in the unit. Only a few minor maintenance issues like a TV signal, that were addressed immediately, professionally and cheerfully! This place is on my list for a return visit. Can't think of any negatives. The condo is exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed. And the 'closet of plenty' had chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. There is a great view of the beach, which is easily accessible through the park across the street. It is so close that should you need to pop back up to the condo for something, it'll take only minutes. The Candy Kitchen (for candy and ice cream) and Sweet Brewnette (for coffee and breakfast) are directly down the street. John's Pass is walking distance if you don't mind hoofing it for about 20 minutes. There's ample parking if you decide to drive. There's a convenience store right next door for junk food, beer, and wine. If you want to rent a jet ski, try Woody's down in John's Pass. For the best pizza ever, try Delosas in the same place. The condo is the perfect size for three. I recommend it to anyone, and would totally rent it again.

This place was great for our family vacation!! We were able to rent a pack n play for our 1 year old and our 5 year old slept on the sleeper part of the couch. Everything was wonderful! Great location, view was beautiful of the beach, and you had everything u needed! Will stay here again! (Never got to use the pool but it looked wonderful) people that we bumped into were very nice that lived there!! Just love Madeira beach!!

I planned this vacation for myself and my husband to celebrate his 50th birthday. The condo was absolutely beautiful, very comfortable and the location couldn't be beat! Super comfy king size bed too! The gulf beach was directly across the street from condo. We enjoyed our morning walks down to Johns Pass. So many restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance of this condo. I would recommend this condo to any couple or small family looking for a relaxing beach vacation. I can't wait to come back to Madeira Beach again! I would definitely rebook this condo!

The condo was as described and matched the pictures. The place was clean, quiet and simply great. The service from iTrip was also great. We had some issues with the lock as we could not get in one evening but we're able to get a hold of someone from ITrip late Saturday evening to help with our concern. The pool was warm and empty during our stay. The condo had everything we needed, including some sand toys for kids, cooler, beach umbrella, etc. The decorations were also great.

Views were actually better than pix. Looks to have all been remodeled. Very cute decor, and perfect for small families. Street is very busy and noisy. Other than that I could not complain ( well maybe nicer linens and towels)
