There are pets allowed in the building, but we do not (and have never) allowed any pets in the condo. We will check over the area thoroughly and make sure that any issues are addressed immediately.
So sorry for any inconveniences during your stay, but we are glad that our maintenance staff was able to help in a timely manner. We do maintain a 24hr hotline for any Guest issues, and will respond immediately. The pool and fitness center are part of the complex and available for use by all Guests.
We're glad you enjoyed it, even with the rain! We do provide beach towels for our Guests, but they are in the closet, and could have been hard to find. We apologize! We have a 24hr help line and email, but we didn't see one come through. Our apologize if we missed you!
