This large, beachfront, updated condo is setup perfectly for your Florida vacation.

The master bedroom is furnished with a premium quality King size bed and walk-in bathroom. Walk out to the balcony from the master bedroom, and enjoy waking up to the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico from the King bed.

The second bedroom is setup with two Queen size beds, and the third bedroom has two twin size beds. The second bath with tub/shower combo is situated easily between the two bedrooms, and has been updated nicely. With plenty of sleeping for all, there's also plenty of space. The condo has over 1450 square feet of space and is one of the largest in the building and certainly one of the largest three bedroom condos on the beach!

With two reserved parking spaces (rare along the beach!), a full size washer and dryer in the condo and a beautifully fully-equipped kitchen, the property is well setup for a week or a month, and the views will keep you coming back for more.

This is our 4th time renting this condo for our annual trip. I absolutely love this location and condo. We come as a 4 generation group enjoying the week and all has to offer, from the calm amazing view in the balcony to the restaurants and nightlife close within walking distance. I have stayed at 5 locations on this beach and this location and condominium has been my favorite. All furniture was very comfortable, both inside and outside. Bathroom setups were terrific, felt like there was two master suites. Also, 2 parking spaces were a plus.

3rd annual girls trip stay at Las Brisas. Condo is clean, comfortable and well stocked. Right on the beach with chair/umbrella rentals right on site. Nice pool. Some restaurants in walking distance. Little more than a mile to John’s pass. Can’t wait to book for next year!

Can't really say enough good about it! What a great vacation spot for a group of 5 adults and 1 kiddo. The access to the beach, two parking spots and accommodations within the condo we're just great! Awesome location and unit

The views are as beautiful as they look from the pictures. We really enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching and listening to the ocean. It is in the shade most of the day so that is really nice. The place has a lot of room and is furnished with everything you need in the kitchen. The only thing I would change is the type of chairs they had for the beach. We brought a couple of our own beach chairs and they were a lot more comfortable than the taller chairs they had. The beach is not crazy busy and it is so nice having it so close. We also really enjoyed the pool because the water was really refreshing. There is only one elevator but we never had to wait very long. We will definitely be renting this unit again.

PROS: The condo was lovely and was just perfect for the 6 of us. We found the unit to be very clean with the exception of the fridge that had some left over bits of food that needed to be removed. We spent a lot of time out on the big deck where the view was amazing and we truly appreciated the 6 comfy chairs. The kitchen had lots of items for our cooking and storing needs. Thankful for the 2 parking spots! Management was quick to reply when we had an issue with the dishwasher which was appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this unit again! CONS: Providing only 1/3 of a smashed paper towel roll, 4 rolls of toilet paper, no hand soap, 2 small bars of body soap and 2 dishwasher tablets for a week stay for 6 people is not acceptable and very frustrating. Management can spend less than $20 to give their guests a warm welcome instead of the stress of having to go to the store to buy these basic needs the first night we were there. The hangers that are provided really need to be replaced as well. These items might sound picky but it's these small gestures that make guests truly feel welcomed.

We had such a great time! It was a Friendsgiving with 2 other couples. The house is perfect for eating in, going to the beach, walking to every place you want, John’s pass is a perfect spot to walk to and many stops along the way. Go the other direction you will also find all kinds of shops, restaurants, bars and rolled ice cream! There is absolutely no seasonings, salt and pepper was very low. Shipt shop is easy and so quick! We left tons of TP, coffee filters and paper towel. We will be back hopefully one day soon. One thing I would change is invest in better quality soaps.

406 was fantastic!!! We had 6 guests and there was more than enough room. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The decor and furniture appeared to be newer and very nice. The condo was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs we could use. We loved our stay at 406 Las Brisas. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall we had a good time...The condo we stayed in was very nice and had plenty of seating both inside and on the balcony for all 8 of us. The beds wasn't very comfortable in our opinion but nothing sleeps as good as in your own bed. The water pressure in the showers wasn't very good either. Their is only 1 elevator at Las Brisas which was sometimes in convenient. Las Brisas also isn't gated which at 1st wasn't an issue but did become an issue because you have people coming in and parking in your parking spots.

This condo is well located on the beach and close to anything you could possibly need. It was comfortable for our large group, clean and well stocked, especially in the kitchen. Management staff was quick to answer any questions and provide help when needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Overall our stay was ok. The unit was clean. However, the pool was closed due to construction. The patio had not been swept, and guest bathtub didnt drain well. Won't mention Red tide, since nothing anyone could do about that. On positive, gorgeous view of ocean. Good value for money.

The condo was representative of a unit built in the 1960's. We were disappointed that the unit was not as nice as we were led to believe by the online ratings and information. The master bath needed modernization but was clean. I had to take the stairs on three separate occasions due to the elevator being out of order during our 6 day rental. Construction to other condos was loud and caused the pool to be closed without previous notice for our entire stay; we were compensated with a free late checkout in exchange for this inconvenience. The owner placarded excessive labels on most fixtures and equipment. The color of the LED lamps varied widely and the intensity was too bright in some areas. Thank goodness the Red Tide stayed south of the Tampa Inlet.

I thought our rental at Las Brisas 406 was very clean which was lovely. I also appreciated having a starting supply of paper products and soap. However, there was not one cupboard available for food, so everything had to be on the counter. As well EVERYTHING in that unit was labelled, right down to the pillows, pots, clothes pins and hangars. I am sure you could tell stories about what people take, but come on this was ridiculous. It made me feel like a thief. The tubs in both bathrooms had been installed with new tub surrounds which are lovely and clean, but they "bang" when you step on them, like there is space underneath them. The cupboards in all the bedrooms as well as the laundry room were stuffed with either beach chairs or beach toys, some of the chairs were broken, but people were probably too afraid to dispose of them because they were marked LB406. Would I rent this unit again, maybe, now that I know what I am getting.

This is the first time we stayed in this area. We arrived a Las Brisas early and spoke to an itrip rep on sight and was told we should be able to get into the condo early. We went to lunch across the street for lunch and by then the condo was ready. Condo looked exactly what was shown on website. Very clean and spacious. Very well equipped with everything you need and more. We don't have young children but they had a lot of beach supplies. We rented chairs and umbrella on the beach. But this condo also had beach chairs and small umbrellas so you could sit closer to the water. The beds in the condo were very comfortable. Just wish they would have supplied blankets to use instead of the bedspread as a blanket. Loved the balcony. Furniture there was very nice and had enough seating for all of our family. I could go on and on about this place but I'll stop. Anyone reading this looking for a nice , clean , spacious condo with great ocean front views. Please consider 406.

My family of 4 and my sister's family of 3 stayed in this Las Brisas for 3 nights. We loved the location and thought the condo was stocked with everything we needed. I especially loved that they provided beach towels and beach chairs since we flew in. The condo was clean and the balcony was a perfect place for morning coffee. There was plenty of space for 7 or 8 people. There was a Winn Dixie fairly close. If you don't have a Winn Dixie card you don't get some of the advertised discounts unless you ask about it or sign up for a card. The guy checking us out used the "store card" which saved us an extra $41. On the down side the couch was not comfortable and a little scratchy. This condo would be so much better with a few upgrades. The furniture and bedding was really outdated, seems like something that the owners could gradually change that would make big differences. These are not things that would prevent me from staying here, but would make the condo nicer. One of the bathrooms had a shower that drained really slowly so that was an annoyance, but we didn't call about it since it eventually would drain. The elevator also broke once during our stay and was extremely slow when it was working. It seems like that has been a theme in most of the reviews, enough that the condominium owners might want to come together to ask that it be replaced. Overall I would recommend this condo.

Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of bath/beach linens also has anything u could ask for for the beach!! Our family loves it here..we are working on year 6 in the Madeira Beach area

We were looking for someplace to spend a couple of days at the beach before heading to Disney. This was perfect! The unit looked exactly as pictured, and was very clean. We were also so happy to find a closet full of beach toys, chairs, etc. The beach is just steps from the unit, and the balcony is awesome. Our first day we played at the beach and then went into town for dinner, and the second day we went on a great 4-hour snorkeling trip about half hour away. My husband, 12-year year old, 6-year old, and I really enjoyed our stay. The water is so warm, and Disney is just 1.5 hours away. Would definitely recommend!

Myself, my husband, my 2 year old and 5 year old boys and my 2 parents stayed in 406! What a treat. Loved every second of it. Beautiful, clean, huge. Great building, heated pool, literally 2 steps from the beach. Would go back’ in a heartbeat!

We were a group of 6 women in our 60's spending a week on the beach. The condo accommodated us well. The beach was fabulous and the view from our balcony was spectacular. In the mornings we saw dolphins swimming by close to the shore. In the evenings the sunsets were stunning. There was shopping and restaurants close and we had a great time on a dolphin cruise. The condo was nice and the beach towels and toys that were available was a great perk. It was very nice to have the washer & dryer in the unit, we used them everyday. The reason for the 4 stars is there were a couple of maintenance issues that came up. On the 2nd morning we were there, we turned the oven on to reheat the leftover breakfast casserole we had cooked in the crockpot for the morning before. As the casserole was baking we noticed a bad smell coming from the oven. When we opened it toxic fumes came out and we were all coughing and coking. We had to open the front door and patio doors to flush the smell out. Someone had sprayed oven cleaner in the oven and didn't wash it out. It ruined our casserole. There was foil in the bottom of the oven that covered majority of the oven cleaner. We noticed later there was a note on the oven to not put foil in the bottom of the oven. The foil that was there must have been left by the cleaning crew. I called the maintenance number and we are not sure if anyone came because we were gone all day on our dolphin cruise. When we returned it looked like someone might have tried to clean some of the oven cleaner off of sides of the oven, but the foil was still there and the oven cleaner still under it. We just didn't use the oven again. There was also a piece of wood trim, with nails sticking up stuck to the floor under the eating bar, near the end by the wall. We tried to pick it up but it was stuck there. So we just avoided that area. Part of our rental for the week was a $130 cleaning fee, but I think that was a bit much considering the limitations we had due to these issues. With all of that said, it was a nice condo and we enjoyed ourselves. Maderia Beach is a beautiful area!!

Worth more than 5 stars! The condo is exactly as described. We have stayed in several different condos. None have been as accommodating as this one. The kitchen is not only organized, but has every pan, utensil, and dishes you’d ever need. The provided beach towels were much appreciated, since we flew. We didn’t have to waste luggage space with towels. We had no children with us, but there were many beach toys available in the unit. The location is very close to many restaurants and outdoor activities. We were hoping to see beautiful sunsets, and the weather did not let us down. We’d definitely stay here again.

406 Las Brisas is a beautiful condo with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. We saw dolphins swimming by every day and were able to watch the dazzling sunsets at night. The condo had very comfortable beds, and TVs in all the rooms. The washer and dryer in the utility room added to our convenience. Great unit-406 Las Brisas

My family and I had the privilege to stay for 2 years in a row in room 406 at Las Brisas. It was a beautiful, comfortable and well stocked unit that certainly met all of our family's needs. The 2 parking spots were really appreciated. There were extra beach chairs, lots of kitchen dishes, utensils, even a crock pot that we used a few times. It certainly made dinner prep easy as it cooked the meal while we went swimming etc. We loved the new larger TV and new pictures. The only complaint we had was that this great unit was unavailable for us next year.Maybe we can try for the next year. We had come to view it as our home away from home. The unit was beautiful, everything was fantastic. I did notice tinfoil on the bottom of oven. just an FYI your not supposed to do that cause it could burn out the element. it also states that in the front of the oven. I removed it and left a note about that.

The condo is very will lit, with the back facing the Gilf, Very close to shpping and restaurants. What could be provided are maps of the area for the Dali Museum, Mahaffey Theater and available shopping malls and movie houses. The condo was clean and it had the cooking convienences of home. I certainly would rent again if I were to travell to Madeira Beach and I would recommend it to family and friends.

Fun Weekend at Las Brisas 406

I met two of my sisters and their daughters in Florida over Labor Day weekend to celebrate one of my niece's third birthday with a girl's weekend. I had done quite a bit of research on the area we wanted to stay. With children along, and one of them quite young, we wanted a quiet beach on the gulf side. Madeira Beach fit the bill. The description and pictures of Las Brisas 406 are accurate. It's a huge condo with 3 bedrooms that comfortably accommodated us. It was within walking distance to a Winn Dixie, several restaurants and an ice cream shop. The Winn Dixie lets you take the shopping cart back to your condo and somebody comes by and picks it up later. That was actually a really great surprise. It allows you to buy what you need without several trips to the store. They were very friendly. We ate at Daiquiri Shak Raw Bar and Grille and The Brown Boxer Pub and Grille. We had excellent service both times and the food was great too. We had ice cream at the Amish Ice Cream shop twice. Delicious. The condo and the area seemed kid friendly and safe. It was nice to have everything within walking distance. We were dropped off by a driver at the condo and didn't have need of a car until we needed to go back to the airport. Liz from itrip vacations was super responsive to our emails while planning the trip. There were plenty of beach toys and chairs in the condo for our use. I would recommend a stay here. There were only a couple things that could have been improved. The elevator for the building was broken. I think it is slated to be replaced. Also, if you sleep in the bedrooms nearest the air conditioning unit, it sounds like a door slamming when it turn on. You can hear this especially at night and can be startling. Bring some white noise with you and it shouldn't be a problem. All in all it was perfect and we had a really good time, and the again the size of the condo was great. Lovely Place

Spend a few days here with our family and my sisters family. Such a great location. The beach was wonderful and the condo was great. Wake up and the view of the ocean was right there. Saw dolphins in the morning. John's Pass was a great place to go for lunch/dinner.

Absolutely the best. Great condo, great view, big beach and pool. Could not have asked for any better. Would highly recommend for anyone. Eats and drinks walking distance.

The condo was all that it showed on pictures. It was well equipped in the kitchen with glasses, dishes, coffee mugs, silverware and all pots and pans to make meals for all 8 of us. It was nice that there were beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler to use on the beach. We needed an additional parking spot for a few days and Charles was helpful with finding us a spot. Thank you! My son-in-law lost his wedding ring in the water about 4 feet deep. There is an organization called: TheRingfinders.com that came and found it 10 minutes after their arrival. People need to know that is organization exists!! Thanks for everything!

Las Brisas Unit 406

We stayed a week in this unit. This unit is large, wonderfully stocked, and very clean! During our stay, Tropical Storm Colin reared its ugly head so we had a day and a half of hard rain, but we made those shopping days. The only issues we had was the excessive rain and blowing against the balcony doors caused a leak and the moisture caused the curtain rod to pull out of the sheet rock and drapes to fall during the night. Of course, that is no fault to the condo owner. My only real complaint is the elevator electronics got wet during the storm and the elevator was out for 3 days. An elevator was a non-negotiable for us, as my aunt was with us and she is about to undergo a total ankle replacement. Descending and climbing 4 flights of stairs was difficult. Again, no fault of the owner, but I do believe the building owner(s) should have gotten the elevator fixed in a more timely manner. As for food, Friendly Fisherman on the pier was good; Dockside Daves good; Crabby Bills, good; R-Bar GREAT - look for daily all you can eat specials. The all you can eat King Crab night was awesome for our seafood lovers. As for Screwie Lewies . . . . "best breakfast on the beach" - this was the worst breakfast I have ever had and terrible service. Overall, we had a great trip and would highly recommend this condo unit.

This place was supplied with all that you would need on a trip. From pots, pans, silverware, beach chairs etc. The supply of necessities to get you started was above average. From paper towels, toilet paper tissues etc. The balcony is a beautiful view and allows for the whole family to sit and enjoy. Definitely would return to this place.

Better than the Pictures

We recently stayed in 406 Las Brisas from April 23rd-30th. We had an amazing stay. The location and view of the Gulf was perfect. We saw dolphins every morning from the balcony. The condo was even better than the Pictures. Lots of room , nicely decorated, and had everything that we needed. We will be back.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We stayed in Las Brisas 406 for a week and we were beyond pleased!! The condo was immaculate, and much larger then it appeared in the photos. The Kitchen was stocked beyond our expectations. We were able to throw food in a crock pot while we enjoyed the beach all day. There are DVD's, books, puzzles, games, beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler all at the condo for your use. The beds were comfortable, the couch was huge, there was plenty of extra seating. TV & DVD in every room. You do not have to pack a lot because of the stack-able washer and dryer in the condo. In the morning we sat on the balcony and watched dolphins in the ocean. In the evenings we walked the beach and watched the birds and sun set. The condo is in a great location with several restaurants in walking distance and John's Pass is just a short walk or extremely quick drive down the street. There was so much available to do and yet such a relaxing, peaceful setting.The beach and pool were never crowded. The covered parking was a blessing as it stormed the day we came in, and it keeps the vehicle out of the sun. The ONLY issue we had was that the grills did not work when we tried to use them but other than that our expectations were exceeded. We definitely want to return to 406 Las Brisas again.

Our family trip was awesome! The view is spectacular, everyone is very friendly. I wish we had more time to spend in the area, so much to see and do! Dolphins were seen everyday. Beach was clean and never felt over crowded but there were always people on the beach. The condo was very nice liked the set up had some wear, but not on the beach to sit inside for too long! The unit and the complex were maintained very well. Loved that there was an elevator and baskets to haul stuff up and down made it extra convenient! Can't wait for another trip!
