Beautiful two bedroom condo in fabulous Madeira Norte. Walk a short distance along the beach and arrive at the boardwalk of John's Pass. That's where all the restaurants, shops and activities happening. The beach here is incredible, and the amenities at the resort provide everything you've been looking for.

This condo is a two bedroom, one and a half bath, with a full kitchen, private balcony, and washer/dryer.

--Fully equipped kitchen for any meal prep.

--Indoor dining for four.

-Primary bedroom has king size bed with private bath.

-Second bedroom has a queen size bed.

-Spacious living room has plenty of room with comfortable seating for all queen size sleep sofa for extra sleeping capacity.

Me and my girlfriends have stayed at #403 Madiera Norte 3 separate times. We have always enjoyed it. It is clean and spacious and located directly across from John's Pass. We are coming back next year for our fourth stay! Highly recommend!!!

We love staying at this condo. This was our 2nd time staying in this exact condo over looking the bay. Our only complaints were the water had to be shut off one whole day for the whole building and it was that time of the month for one person in our group so that was inconvenient. Also the mattress in the guest room is very worn and uncomfortable and the footboard on it was broken and not fully there. There was black mold on the shower head and the bottom of the track of the sliding door in the shower. But other than that we always enjoy our stay at Madeira Beach.

This condo was exactly as described. We had no problems, except maybe the wi-fi was a bit slow sometimes but nothing major. The pool and beach were amazing. The shopping and wide array of restaurants across the street were awesome. Favorite place was Mad Beach Craft Brewing Co -- great food and reasonable prices!! Hope to return in the future!!!

Me and family went down for the week. We were so sad when we had to leave. Awesome place. You can walk across street and hang out at John’s Pass or can sit on your balcony to enjoy everything going on as well as listen to music.

I have been coming to Madeira for over 20 years. For the last 10 I have been bringing my family. We always stay at different places in an attempt to finally find “the one” place that meets all of our needs and is reasonably priced. This unit is exactly that. Perfect location, great amenities and everything you need within walking distance. Place was very clean and updated. The mattresses were made of clouds (seriously the best sleep I’ve had in a while). Can’t wait to book next years trip soon.

Nice place, the cleaning crew did not do a very good job. We arrived to find dirty pots and pans put away in cabinets. Sand in bedroom drawers and paper and wrappers on carpet in the smaller bedroom.

We love the condo location and the property is well looked after. Its a beautiful spot. Ive stayed in a number of units over the years but Id say this one wasnt as well kept as others. The floors were quite dirty. The unit only had one beach towel and we asked for another but didnt get a response. The more significant issue though was the washer and dryer. On the third day we discovered that the washer was broken and called maintenance about it. The repair wasnt done for a week and a half though so we never were able to wash our clothes there during our stay but had to go to a laundromat. When we tried to dry out clothes though back in the unit the dryer was also not working and it tore 3 shirts and damaged other pieces of our clothes. When the repair person came to finally fix the washer, we showed him the dryer and he said there was a problem with the barrel and how it sits in the housing so clothes get stuck in there and get burnt and torn. Im not a complainer and totally understand the challenges of renting to the public. Ive been involved in that myself. We did however have damage to our clothes and were not able to use these amenities while we were there. All this aside, we did enjoy ourselves very much and would consider returning.

Second year we stayed at 403 Madeira Norte. Still an awesome place, however the furniture, washer and dryer, and kitchen equipment (pots and pans etc.) are in need of upgrading. Love the location and would definitely stay there again!!!

We have stayed in Madeira norte multiple times, this was our first stay in 403 and it was perfect. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed throughout our stay. The view of Johns pass was great and you could watch the sunrise from the balcony. Also a big thank you to the owner for an easy transaction and letting us stay in their lovely condo. We hope to return.

Our trip as a family was great for being my sons first time in Florida but the pictures of the room on line were not like what we saw when there. It needed more supplies for the kitchen and attached are pictures of how not to clean it was, the faucet in the tub felt like I could pull it off the wall, he needs new light in the bedrooms or more of it and new pillows for the bedrooms, basically I needs a food cleaning and just more items to feel homey in the place

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a week and my first time to Madeira Beach. The location is perfect right across from St. John’s Village. The condo was clean and comfortable. I felt very safe there also which was a big comfort. Nice pool, and right on the beach. I’ll definitely be back again. I loved it!

The condo was in excellent condition and had everything we needed for our stay. There were chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella for our beach use. We did buy a 2nd umbrella which we left there. My only con or suggestion - go to Walmart and get some new pillows. The pillows there were actually about 3 inches, woke up with a stiff neck. I spent a total of $6 for a $4 pillow and $2 pillowcase for a cheap but better pillow - also left there. It gives a choice of pillows. Second suggestion - those cheap egg crates for the beds - a extreme hard for sleeping. Maybe it was just me..... Everything else was great!!!! Will definitely consider this place for next stay!

Totally enjoyed our stay! Condo was clean and well equipped. TV in guest bedroom did not work , however they were there immediately to replace it. Would definitely recommend this condo!

The Condo at Maderia Norte was great! Nicely equipped with everything we needed for 2 weeks. It is right across from John's Pass which is really convenient to walk across for dinner and you can catch the trolley to other places up and down the beach.

Couldn't have asked for more. Very clean condo right on the beach. The ONLY minor complaint was that the pillows in spare bedroom were flat. Other than that, I'LL BE BACK!!!

My daughter and I have stayed here before, and as before there were no surprises, nice condo and area. We had crappy weather, but what the hey, Florida needed it. The only suggestions I would have are the addition of a full size ironing board and a hairdryer. We were well pleased with the condo.

Great location, clean living arrangements, everyone around the condo building was super nice and helpful. Had a little trouble opening the lock box and the guy from itrip was kind of short with me on the phone,but did t have to deal with him in the end. Only negative would be four adults and one key to the pool/beach was kind of a pain, but usually there is someone around to let you in!

We couldn't have ask for more. Condo was much larger than the pictures show. Location was the best. We will be back for sure. One small problem with someone parking in our parking spot which was quickly resolved and no issue at all. Thank you Liz!

Having stayed for 5 weeks we had a very relaxing time in the unit, there was only one problum,and that was sorted the next day. Only thing I would say is the balcony furniture could do with updating. Great location across from Johns pass.

Our unit 403 at Madeira Norte was just as pictured on the website. It was spacious and clean. Our huge balcony faced John's Pass with some beautiful views including gorgeous sunrises! Our parking was close to the elevators. We were just steps to a wonderful beach with calm waters. It was nice to have beach chairs and toys provided. The pool was refreshing and we met many friendly guests there. We visited the restaurants at John's Pass and there are many shops for those who enjoy that activity. It was all just a short walk directly across the street! We have been in the area before and this trip was to look at property and visit our grandbaby. Those who come need to visit Ft. DeSoto State Park for all kinds of outdoor activities!

the condo was very pleasant and an excellent location, my only misgivings were to do with information...there was none in the flat regarding what the different keys were for , extra parking, where the rubbish went, recycling and apart from a few menus not much about the local community. we have stayed in many self catering accommodations and this has always been standard. Near the end of our 2 weeks we did see a notice in the lifts...but the writing was small and realistically we tried to spend as little time as possible in it as it was so hot.

This was an amazing condo. This was our first vacation in 8 years and it was worth every penny. The condo was immaculate, super clean, perfect location. We didn't have any issues at all. The condo overlooked St John's pass. Live music and shops and restaurants. This was right on the beach. Amazing and I will rent this place again. Loved it!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and we would definitely stay in this particular condo again. I usually stay in the same condominium but in a different condo facing the beach. The condo still had a GREAT view of John's Pass and the bay. The condo itself was updated and clean. We had no issues while staying here and the checking in and checking out was super easy.

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids, ages 3 and 8, over memorial day weekend and the following week. We were very pleased with the location since we didn't want to have to drive much. Check in was simple and the designated parking space can be seen from the unit balcony, which was great for us. The unit was spotless when we arrived and well stocked with everything we needed to make it feel like home for the week. We have stayed in other condos elsewhere and always had to bring paper plates for the kids, this kitchen had plastic kitchenware for the kids so we didn't have to worry about a plate or bowl or glass accidentally breaking. The cons of this unit are that the shower is not updated like the rest of the unit. The water pressure out of the shower head is so intense it sprays everywhere. Also the balcony could use some decor. All in all we enjoyed our time at 403 Madeira Norte and would come back in the future.

My daughter and I enjoyed our week in this condo.. Everything was just as advertised. This is a great location as it overlooks John's Pass. Oodles of shops, dining and bars easy walking distance away (avoid the Hut, below Sculley's, in my experience). The Bamboo just across the street and the Fish House (across the st.,/200yds north) are both reasonable places to eat/drink. Great trip!

The condo was very clean both inside & around the building. Loved having a specified parking spot. Great location across from John's Pass. The view was beautiful of the inter-coastal waters. Beaches are clean & the dolphins & manatees were a bonus. Can't wait to go back.

Was very impressed with how clean and updated the condo was. I had friends in a different unit owned by someone else and it was in need of a makeover. When my AC stopped working at 7pm I emailed them and within 30 minutes they had already come and fixed it. Perfect beach condo!
