This beachfront complex is located directly across the street from Johns Pass Village, the main center of town, and location of all the best restaurants, shops, and activities. No need for a car here, just stroll along the beach to John's Pass for a morning coffee, a day of excitement, or a dinner out.

Featuring a spacious balcony to an updated corner unit on the Northwest side of the building. Just set back from the beach with a fabulous view of the beach and Gulf and a clear view of the evening Sunsets. Plenty of privacy and shade for meals overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

-Master bedroom is tastefully furnished with a comfortable King size bed, and private access to the balcony through a wide sliding door, giving you a morning wake up picture of the beach and water you won't soon forget. A private bathroom is attached to the master with a walk-in shower.

-The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin size beds.

-For additional sleeping needs, there is a comfortable Queen size bed in the living room area.

Best view ever!!!

This is truly a great condo. Steps from the beach and right across the street from John’s Pass. You also can’t get a better sunset view from your balcony. The management team is great at responding and keyless entry as well. We’ve stayed at this condo many times and hope to stay many more.

Location, location, location!!

There is no better location in.Madeira Beach to stay if you don’t want to drive or park anywhere. Directly across from John’s Pass with multiple great restaurants & shops - all walkable. Hubbard Marina offers all kinds of boat tours, sea doo rentals & parasailing. Units are older & the cleaner could do a better job but all in all a great place to stay! Would definitely go back!

We had a great time at Madeira Norte 313! The condo was clean and close to numerous restaurants in the Johns Pass Boardwalk. The beachfront condo has a great view of the sunset over the gulf!

The balcony at sunset is the best!! Room can use updated but who cares it’s clean and comfortable and we spend most time on the beach anyway!! Been our go to for a few years now always happy

Having been to more than a dozen US beaches we have a good idea of what is good and what is bad. Madeira Norte 313 was very nice. Check-in went well and the people at itrip were quick to respond with any questions. The condo was clean and comfortable. We did not cook so I can’t comment on utensils, pots & pans, etc but the fridge worked fine, nice coffee maker, and laundry machines are great. Beds are comfortable, AC works great, and other facets of condo living were excellent. Key fobs are provided for access to the elevators and beach access; it’s a security thing and I get it. Wonderful view, sunsets, easy parking, short walk to the beach. Weekends are busy due to its proximity to the public parking areas but Mon-Fri saw a fraction of people on the beach. John’s Pass Village (across the street) was slammed on Saturday night. It must be the go-to place to walk about. Local restaurants are within walking distance to a ten minute drive. The city of St Petersburg is fantastic. Great restaurants, waterfront, and pier. The surprising thing was we saw very little traffic is such a populated area. The locals are laid back and the vacationers we met were friendly. All in all, we had a flawless week of vacation and will return.

Condo was nice for the price. The building as a whole is a little worn and needs some love. We had a nice view of the water and condo was equipped with everything we needed. Arriving after dark was a little bit of a challenge. There is only a very small sign at the entrance that we missed. It's directly across the street from John's Pass so there are many restaurant options within walking distance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

The 2 bedroom condo at 13000 gulf, apt 313 was very nice. It was clean, comfortable, and close to shopping and restaurants. The garage is snug for a 7 foot tall truck, but my truck fit! There were a few beach items available for use if needed. We had a great time and will consider it again in the future.

Stayed for a week in February and enjoyed our stay. Location is fantastic, directly across from Johns Pass. Can walk to many places for shopping and dining. We got takeout a lot due to Covid and being so close to our room helped the food stay hot. Check in was easy, well explained and easy to follow instructions. The complex does have a few inconvenient rules. They issue 1 key to access the elevator. Not so convenient, but we worked around it. You also get 1 parking spot which would be a problem if two couples were staying together. Condo itself was clean, and the master bed was very comfortable, for me. My husband didn’t care for it as much, so it’s a preference thing. It has a think memory foam topper. Condo was well represented in pictures. There were a couple of issues, but nothing that interfered with our enjoyment. None of the issues were cleanliness, just a few little things. Appliances all worked and were cleaned well. Sheets and towels were cleaned as well. When we walked in, the apartment was fresh and clean smelling. The elevator is small, and slow. We took the stairs down a lot because it was sometimes faster. Didn’t bother us, but it is what it is. The view is off to the side, so you can’t see the ocean to the left, but can directly in front and then all the way up Madeira Beach. In addition to the beach, there are dunes with palm trees and greenery. The view for the sunset on this condo is fantastic. I liked the position of the balcony because we didn’t get a full day of sun and could still enjoy the ocean views.

It was a very clean property and there was several positives. That's why it gets 4 stars. Cleanliness is everything and I was nervous after booking and seeing some of the other reviews. I liked our view and privacy from the balcony. Being on the side had its perks. We got to see the lovely sunsets without the all day sun. The master bed was fairly comfortable for the week and we had plenty of starter essentials. They have recycle!!!! Not many places have that convenient for guests. The reasons I left out the other star was because there were only one beach and pool key and there was 5 of us. We would have to walk up from the beach to let others with us onto the beach or into the pool. Very inconvenient. It is suppose to be a relaxing vacation. The beach chairs provided were worn out which was fine bc we like to rent chairs so we have less to pack. The master door handle or lock was broken. iTrip was rapid with response to fix it, but we didnt have to have it, so I told them it wasnt necessary to fix during our stay, but maybe for the next guests. It would had been nice if they would have the maids check those things before leaving so it would be fixed before ppl arrive. I understand things go wrong when you stay, however, this was pre existing. The pool hours are for the birds. It closes at dusk, and in october dusk is fairly early. I understand the need for a quiet time, but I think 9pm is sufficient. Sometimes a quick night time swim is relaxing and refreshing after a day at the beach, fishing, or at John's pass. This isnt the fault of itrip, this is the property, but I hope someone takes the steps to try to alter that a bit bc once you leave for dinner, you might as well be ready for bed bc you cant top off your day with a dip or even a hot tub soak bc there isnt a hot tub available. John's Pass is located just across the street, you can enjoy the bands from Bamboo Beach Bar at night and have drinks on the balcony without the crowd. We come to Mad Beach every year and have stayed at several places. I would stay here again with itrip bc they were pleasant but I would hope they add a second beach and pool key and maybe the property will (fingers crossed) extend their hours for the pool.

Overaall it was a decent condo.Sorry there was no garbage disposal.The master bathroom was small and the closet in the master bedroom was extremely small and hard to access. Other than a few problems I had a great time. Active senior.

The unit was nice and clean, but there are a few issues that need to be addressed. The sliding door to the balcony is very heavy and needs to be oiled or something so it is easier to open - it was very difficult to open! In the main bathroom, there is a full length mirror directly in front of the toilet - no woman would ever design that! The ice and water dispenser in the fridge didn't work either. It was a nice vacation and the weather was wonderful!

The condo overall was very nice. However, I feel the owner could at least provide paper towels and toilet paper with the amount they charge for one week. Laundry supplies I can understand not providing. We had to go and buy our own paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. We are also not sure why a large cleaning fee is charged as guests are expected to clean the condo before leaving. Added to that, the floors still hand sand on them when we first got there. We understand its a beachfront property, but that should go along with having the place cleaned. The blinds and outside balcony door handle also need to be fixed. There is also mold around the entryway door and frame. Rating the place three stars because of this, but the condo is fine. We just feel the rental price is just a bit too high for what's provided. It definitely wasn't the worst place we have stayed in, and we wouldn't think twice about coming back as long as these few minor issues are fixed.

The keys were not in the lock box. The instructions there was a code to be used to get into the pool and it required a key instead . The very nice balcony was half taken up with completely useless chairs, umbrellas and assorted toys. You could even get to the lounge chairs that were there for us to use. I asked in advance if there were beach chairs to use and were told they were..they were in horrible shape and rented chairs on the beach instead.

Loved the location of the condo the view was Amazing.Started out with a broken key could not get on the beachreceived next day. Two days into our vacation had the master bathroom toilet over flow. Flowed into master bathroom. master bedroom, living roomand dining room. Called number we had was told that gentleman was off in the mean time called emergency number very helpful young lady said she would have some come over. My husband got the toilet turned off..Three large buckets of water was mopped up along with numerous numerous towels. Than remopped all the floors before a gentlemanshowed up about an hour later. Late in the evening and stated would come the next day and replace flap.Came in late Morning next day and replaced flap, that night when my son returned from us eating out bathroom had over flowed again another mess to clean up. Called again and they stated would send someone to replace toilet next day.. Toilet was replaced in which took most of the next day.. Also, outside door handle on balcony of front room was broken which was hard to open the door.Also, frig had a veg broken door and did not cool well sent a text 2day in regards to these matters. Beautiful views .. Disappointed in ALL this we had to deal withneeded a stress free vacation and was not exactly that.

Many things in this condo unit are broken or missing. The kitchen cupboards, drawers, dishes ans cooking utensils were very dirty. The clothes washer doesn't work properly nor does the kitchen ceiling fan. The under micro filters are very greasy and we bought and replaced to 2 burned out bulbs. 2 shelves and frig drawers are broken. The toaster is rusty. No direction to run anything. Sliding door tracts are full of gunky sand and don't slide well. Master shower head is too forceful to use. There wasn't a hairdryer as stated. No stopper in sink. The area deserves 5 stars for location, beautiful beach, heated pool and assigned parking space. Stay at Madeira Norte --just in a different unit.

Beautiful place to stay and super convenient being right at beach! Beautiful views from balcony with sunsets and watching dolphins swim. Great pool to relax in near grills and patio area. Beach was wonderful to spend the days and evenings at with our family. Johns Pass was great to dine out and shop around with lots of entertainment for the whole family! Close drive to grocery stores and any amenities that we needed. Would highly recommend this location for those looking to get away and relax, as well as have a fun time with the kids!

I enjoyed the stay and the room, had problems with the A/C but they responded quickly to resolve the issue, room was warmer than I typically like 73 degree was the temperature in the room but I did enjoy the 2 bathrooms. Suite was priced a little high for the value but enjoyed it overall.

I would like to start with the positive. The location of the complex was perfect. It was right a cross the street from John's Pass and close to many good restaurants and shops. We really did not need to rent a car. The view of the beach was wonderful and the beach is well kept. The grounds of the condo complex was well kept and having the grills on site was great. The condo itself it appeared to be a work in progress. I am not sure when the owners started renting it. I say this as we needed to pull the painters tape from the mirror in the master bathroom. Some of the furniture has been upgraded and some has not, such as the living room furniture. The people before us did not do such a great job of cleaning the dishes as the coffee cups still had coffee stains in them and lip stains. I washed them myself. The bathrooms were spotless and the kitchen itself was clean. The kitchen table was sparkling also. The floors could have been cleaner as our feet showed the dirt after walking on them the first day. All in all we had a great stay at Madeira Norte and look forward to coming back again to Madeira Beach.
