304 Madeira Bay Resort — Wonderful!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo complete with kitchen and balcony was perfect for the 2 of us. The extra smaller bedroom was great for staging clothes, shopping, suitcases with a convenient full bath for us while the master bath could be free for spouse. The bedding and pillow were terrific (and I’m picky!). The unit was clean and decorated with bright blue and white beach colors and the kitchen so convenient for light breakfast or a brunch allowing for a nice seafood or other dinner out. Plenty of beach shopping and great restaurants like Sidewalk Hippie Beach Bar, Mad Beach, Salt Grille and so many others. Publix is easy access. The cart with chairs and umbrella were great to have as the walk is across one road with is accommodated with buttons to stop traffic easily for crossing….you are right at the beach. Will definitely return. Could manage 4 easily. The entire unit was clean, smelled fresh, nice gym on 6th floor (which is sometimes hard to find) with a full beach view. We even got to see a wedding while there!

We LOVED our condo. It’s super clean and updated. With a quick walk across the street we have easy access to the beach. John’s Pass Village is within walking distance where we could enjoy the shops and good food. We definitely plan to return!!!

We’ve always stayed in hotels in this area so it was wonderful to have the space to spread out. The beds were very comfortable. So much in walking distance really loved this location.

We had a lovely 11 day stay in this rental! It was the perfect size for 3 adults for this long of a stay and some of us working! Great restaurants and shops were walkable and the beach is across the street! The place was quiet and we enjoyed it very much. The place had plenty of amenities! Thank you!!

Perfect Girls’ Trip Beach Getaway

We stayed here for a girls’ trip and had a great time. The condo itself was just what we were looking for - clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Enough space for the four of us and just a few steps away from the beach. Everything you need for the beach is provided - towels, chairs, buggy, umbrella, cooler - which was so convenient. St. John’s Pass is right down the road and downtown St. Pete is a quick uber ride away (check out the rooftop at the Moxy!). The common areas of the building weren’t as inviting however, as they are currently undergoing some renovations. But we had a fantastic stay regardless. Also, if you’re looking to spend your trip relaxing poolside, this property won’t be a good fit. Head to the beach instead!

We had a great stay at 304 Maderia Bay Resort. The condo was clean and beds were very comfortable and close to John’s Pass and beach. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the condo was kind of small-even though it was a 2 bedroom. The second bedroom is cramped and there is no way 4-6 ppl could stay there comfortably. It was just me and my husband. Also, the pool was very small and dirty at times. But over all it’s a good place to stay.

Place is near all the fun spots, beaches and St. John’s Pass fun area for adults and kids. Bay cruises take off from the pier there. Accommodations were great nice master bedroom with king sized bed. Nicely stocked kitchen made at least one home cooked meal a day (breakfast) close to Publix, Target, Walmart. Beach wagon and chairs were awesome and convenient for the short walk to the sandy beaches. Would highly recommend

Vacationed for almost a month in Madeira Beach at Madeira Beach Resort. Had the most perfect host Donna. Her unit was amazing with all the necessities you could possibly need and then some. Kitchen stocked with utensils, pots and pans and if you needed anything she would order it immediately. Delivered same day. Any issues with the unit, call and maintenance was Johnny on the spot. Thank you Donna will be back for 2026 💗

We had a great vacation in Madeira Beach! Our condo was well appointed and clean. Lovely decor as well. Loved the in unit washer and dryer. My only recommendation would be to add one large frying pan. The management company was great to deal with and answered all pre trip questions rapidly. I would stay again!

Amazing stay!

We loved staying at this condo! The whole condo was fully stocked with shampoo and conditioner and even included sunscreen to use at the beach! It also came with many essentials like a wagon to put all your things in to take to the beach. The condo included a very nice king sized bed that was super comfortable! The location was also amazing! It was super close to John’s Pass and the beach was right across the street. Each restaurant is only a 5 minute walk from the condo! Highly recommended I would stay here again!

The condo was great for families. The beds were comfortable and all amenities made for a relaxing stay! Pool was heated and warm temperature. Beach access directly across the street. The VRBO even provided beach supplies, including a beach wagon, chairs and umbrella! There was also a game drawer with many assorted games for us to play. John’s Pass restaurants and shops only 5 minute walk away. It really was a relaxing week, thank you for your attention to detail!

Location, Location! A beautiful spot with easy access to the beach, the pool, the hot tub, bars and restaurants. From the booking of the stay to our arrival it was hassle free and we were so impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of the unit itself! If I could give 10 stars I would. We will be back!!

The condo was perfect for me and my hubby for a 5 day getaway! Well stocked, beautiful decor, and super close to the white sands of Madeira Beach.
