Our condo at the beautiful and modern Las Brisas resort delivers the perfect blend of home and vacation that you've been looking for. This is a corner unit on the second floor with privacy and space to enjoy your Florida beach vacation. The corner units at the building spans the width of the building, so this condo gives extra space for your family to spread out. Enjoy a fantastic view of the beach and Gulf from your spacious private balcony, with plenty of room for dining or just relaxing.

Everything is provided, from a fully stocked kitchen, to clean and comfortable beach and bath towels, linens, to beach chairs and toys. The master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, walk-in closet, and leads into the attached bathroom. The second bedroom features two full size beds, also with attached full bathroom. The large living room area offers plenty of seating space, and leads out into the beachfront balcony.

Free WiFi internet service, TV's in each bedroom, DVD with Blu-ray, and a selection of movies make it a great spot for taking a break from the beach. Swim in the the year-round beachfront heated pool, and enjoy a BBQ at the provided grill and picnic area with Tiki huts. Also included, a reserved parking space.

Full size washer and dryer in the condo for your use.

Free on-site parking for one vehicle only. Off-site parking is available for additional vehicles if necessary.

My family and I had a wonderful time! We enjoyed our stay although the condo could use some updating. I would also suggest updating the policy on having two parking spots. We had one spot and a family member's car was almost towed. Overall our stay was great and would stay again! Liz was wonderful at communicating and always answering my questions!

We were surprised at how large the condo was. We could see the ocean and we had a good view of swimming pool. It was a nice condo. Close to John's Pass and lots of good restaurants. We will go again next year. Check in was simple. Very satisfied with this condo.

Beaches are great and condo was very spacious with a beautiful beach view. My only complaint would be with the slow WiFi. Maybe update to a better broadband?Regarding the free perks from I trips, we were disappointed that the boat cruise was not offered for the week we were there.

We had an excellent experience with iTrip and Las Brisas. Unit was great! Perfect for 2 couples. The kitchen was large and well stocked. The beach was beautiful. The pool was heated and nice, but could have used cleaning. Called ITrip support for help with Wi-fi and parking our camper. They responded quickly and were able to resolve/answer all our questions. Enjoyed our stay immensely! Would definitely go back.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Las Brisas 208. The rooms were just as pictured with more than enough room for our family of 4. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the evening storms while we were there. The beach is gorgeous and we were able to rent chaise/umbrella for the day which was nice. We didn't use the kitchen as we were only there for 3 days, but it was stocked with what we would have needed for cooking if we had wanted to. It was nice to have the cooler and ice packs to take drinks down to the beach!

Our condo was great, could see the pool and ocean while sitting on the balcony. Loved that our unit was at the end, so no foot traffic passing our door. We were close to John's Pass for shopping and restaurants and enjoyed some free activities provided to us by the Itrip Management team. WOULD stay here again.

This was a very nice condo with a great view of the sunset and dolphins! Definitely recommend it. We had two rental cars at parked one at the Walgreens (Madeira Shopping Center, 710 150th Ave, Madeira Beach, FL 33708) for free parking as there is only one parking spot for room 208 and hardly any overnight parking along Gulf Blvd.

Beautiful place...very spacious...2 baths always a plus! Had a parking issue as we arrived to someone in our spot...I called the number given to us for problems...it was addressed promptly! Nice fresh beds...lots of towels! We were very pleased!! Only 1 small issue..no laundry in condo or building..but we made due! FANTASTIC VACATION CONDO! We will be back

This condo has great potential. It is my understanding it will be renovated this summer. It's a huge space and would be great for a large family. Unfortunately there is only one parking space and alternate parking is a long way away. There is a view of the beach, but the building blocks your left side. Great view of the pool, which claims to be heated, but did not seem to be. Pool/beach toys and chairs need to be updated and added to. This unit needs some repairs and updating. Add a pull out couch in the living room. Better televisions. It's clean and spacious. Counter stools do not fit the counter. Table needs to seat more. Great potential here for the price.

We just spent 3 wonderful days on the beach in Las Brisa 208 and would definitely come back again for a longer stay! The rooms were nicely decorated, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The pool was clean and quiet and we loved being right on the beach!
