Located on pristine Sunset Beach in Treasure Island, this corner unit, top-floor, two-level, two balconies, beach front condo gives everything you need for a picture-perfect Florida vacation. (Please note the pool is currently not in service at this location)

We enjoyed the location up on sixth floor. The bonus was the bedrooms upstairs. The rental was a nice size for the four of us. Sunsets were gorgeous if you ordered them specially for us - thank you. We didn't mind the rain days cause we all need rain. Location is close enough for a half hour walk to the Publix to get anything we needed. I'll give you a five test star, some of the things that were off are so small. Which includes the request for toilet paper because we were only left an equivalent of two large rolls and 2/ half rolls. It was great getting a quick response on our code when the code that was sent to us wouldn't work to get into the door on the first night. You might want to check some of your kitchen equipment over the sink. It's kind of a mix match in the blender department, but I was able to locate a blender container and a base in the options. Speaking with the locals, we found out that they possibly are bringing the pool back, which would be nice. All the amenities for the beach were appreciated. The picnic tables and the grills were a surprise. Along with all the beach chairs, the umbrella, and the cooler. We had a fun time - thanks

This place has a great layout, location and beautiful views. We loved the balconies and really enjoyed the beach. It has a fully stocked kitchen with all appliances working well and comfortable furniture. Unfortunately the floors (tiles and carpet) need a thorough deep clean. We requested a remop which the service did perform unfortunately it didn’t help the ground in tile dirt and carpet dirt. My feet tuned completely black walking around.

this was out first time at Sunset Chateau. It was a very clean unit and we enjoyed the view. We did NOT know until we got there it was a 2 floor unit so we were surprised to find stairs. We love walking on the beach and there is plenty of beach to walk as far as you desire. It's a 6th floor unit so the view is amazing, even saw dolphins swimming out front

This condo had a few quirky reviews so I was a little apprehensive before staying there. But to my pleasant surprise it was wonderful. It had everything you could ever need. Private balcony off master bedroom was a plus.

This was a great place to stay. It matched the pictures perfectly and had views all around of water. Waking up and being able to look at the ocean was exactly what I wanted for my birthday get away. The place was clean and met all of our expectations for our weekend away. It was also very quiet. We had no issues when staying there and would highly recommend staying here especially if you are looking for a nice, quiet place where the ocean is right outside your door. It was also a great location as it is very close to many things around.

While the location of the condo was as expected, it's condition was "ok" but it's getting old and needs a facelift. Worse yet, the master bedroom sliding doors were broken, could not be locked and the screen was unusable. The wind came howling thru them. Secondarily, and less important, the bathroom exhaust fans were so loud that they assaulted your ears. There are silent fans that can do the job just as well. Overall, everything was "fine" but could have been better.

Die Ferienwohnung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet und lädt zum verweilen an. Die Aussicht ist einfach grandios. Wir werden bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort gebucht haben.
