This outstanding three bedroom condo directly on the beach in fantastic Madeira Beach is ready for the most demanding of guests.

The beach-facing master bedroom, with en-suite bath, includes a large and very comfortable king size bed, and gives direct access out to the over sized balcony. There's plenty of closet space, and is furnished with a flat-screen TV with cable. The second bedroom gives ample sleeping space with a queen plus a full/twin bunk combination, and also is furnished with a TV. The private third bedroom is nicely laid out with an inviting queen size bed, and is decorated to make you feel right at home.

In the large living room area, relax with the plentiful couches, large flat screen TV with DVD player, dining area for 6, and direct access to the beachfront balcony. Spend a little time in the very private and well furnished outdoor area, and catch a glimpse of the dolphins playing, or sit back for a front row view of the incredible Gulf of Mexico sunsets.

The condo is equipped with private high-speed WiFi, in unit full-size washer and dryer, all necessary linens and towels (including beach), as well as a nice selection of beach chairs and toys.

I believe this is our 4th visit in this particular condo. When we arrived we had no issues getting into the condo. Our parking pass and keys were waiting for us on the kitchen counter. ITrip had emailed our door code 5 days earlier which I really appreciate. It puts my mind at ease to know that I have that info well before we leave since we are driving 14 hrs to get there. Everything appeared clean and in order. Complimentary paper towels, toilet paper, Dish liquid and dish pods were available for our use. We have selected this particular condo because the beach is literally steps out the door, parking is right there under the condo building and beach and pool traffic there is minimal. There are only 15 units in this building so the beach and pool often have just a few visitors which is very nice. There is a Caddy’s next door for food and drink and of course a Publix and Walmart just down the road. ITrip is always very responsive if you have an issue. Almost immediate response which I also appreciate very much. Overall, we had a great stay as always. You cannot beat the beautiful beaches of Madeira, and the close proximity to water this condo offers. Thank you so very much!

Our stay was amazing for our family it 7. The unit was nice and had the best ocean view. It was right on the beach with easy access to and from the unit. The staff was quick to answer any questions and helped with any issues that we had. We definitely with be coming back.

The unit was very spacious and nice. The kitchen was fully equipped. Loved the location. We found dirty dishes in the cabinet that had to have been noticed by the person that put them there. We also had an issue with one of the beds being broke. It was propped up on a garbage can and I don't believe it was reported by the previous tenants. When I reported the matter it was taken care of immediately. I did really enjoy the unit and would recommend it. Plan to go back next year.

Great location with the beach very clean and pool area. Fit our family just right, but few things could use some attention. Most pots and pans were scratched and old. Utensils faded and missing some parts. Coffee pot worked great, but the dryer had to be pulled out of the closet to work. Wish I had of known that up front so I didn't waste two days of drying one load. Called and emailed ITrip company the first day we got there, have never heard back from them. So I just hope you don't have any problems that might need to be addressed right away.

This condo was in a great location. Pool area very clean as well as the beach. Upon checking in, I email and tried call you and no has ever returned my call. I would of hoped I could of gotten through to someone. The condo was ok on being clean. Defiantly, no one was paying attention to details. Utensils were old, stained, and missing parts. I could tell this was someone old furniture they had passed on. The appliances all worked, but it would of been nice to know that they dryer doesn't work unless you pull it out of the closet. For two days I tried drying cloths. Each load took three times at 70 minutes each. Wish I could of heard from you all at some point.

Thanks for the feedback. We do try to help as much as possible for early checkin, but sometimes it just isn't possible with the busy cleaning schedule. Sorry we were not able to help this time. We've taken care of the dryer vent so that it is much more efficient. The furniture is all new as of about a year ago, so not sure what that is referring to. Glad you enjoyed the property and our amazing beaches!!

Love Arena de Madeira, this unit only ok

3rd time st AdM, first time in this unit. We love AdM, it's quiet, great location, convenient, small. Our main complaint is the use of outside grills, there's a grill nazi who makes sure you go out on the beach and not on the large patio to grill. She claims the condo rules prohibit grill use within 10' if the property, leaving you grilling on the beach sand! We've seen 3 different units' rules books, and have never seen any reference to any rule of that sort. If the association wanted to draw rental business, they'd install a grill, we've inquired on that. The unit itself was not as advertised; the LR furniture was not new, the backs were so worn through they were covered with a blanket; all the mattresses were very badly in need of replacement; the kitchen was lacking some basic necessities; the unit needed a thorough cleaning. Some other minor issues we overlooked. There are nicer units here for the same money or less, we've stayed in them. We also love working with the management company, ITrips, very responsive and accommodating. But we will be back to AdM, probably not #202 unless there's some changes.

Thank you for the feedback. We'll look carefully at all the furniture and make sure that it is up to par with the condo and building. Not sure what we can do about the grilling rules. There are some restrictions on the use of Grills on the property, and we do apologize if there was any misunderstanding with that. Glad you enjoyed the trip, and hope that we may be able to help again in the future.

I would only be repeating what has already been said about this spacious unit. We enjoyed our stay and will stay at this unit again in the future. The only improvement we would recommend would be to repair/update the sliding glass door in the living room. The door locking mechanism did not work properly and the door was difficult to operate for my youngest son and mother-in-law. It was a minor inconvenience and certainly did not detract from the rest of the unit. The storage box that contains the beach toys is located between the covered parking space and the beach. We found that this was a nice amenity and was convenient for family (our boys in particular) to access. Oh, I almost forgot. When we first arrived via crossing the Tom Stuart Causeway and turning left (south) onto Gulf Blvd., we were able to locate the building almost immediately by looking up and seeing the Arena De Madeira's distinct mint-green color. We no longer needed our GPS.

We enjoyed our stay at Arena De Madeira #202. The condo looked exactly like it is featured on the photos. Very spacious, with 3 showers( 2 baths), very large balcony. The kitchen was very well equipped including nice silverware, great set of knives, cook ware, muffin pan, baking trays and even a slow cooker! Plenty of towels and beach towels provided. Great internet connection. Flat screen TV in every room. Tile in the kitchen and living room. New floors in the bedrooms. Kids enjoyed the bunk bed. Great location with grocery stores and Target with in a few minutes of drive. We had a great time, will definitely consider this condo for future stay.

Awesome vacation rental

I was extremely happy with our stay here. The pictures are exactly how the condo looks. We had a small problem with the dryer and they were there that same day to fix it. That was the only issue we had. We went in August and had the entire beach in front of the condo to ourselves. Waking up every day to that view was amazing and most days we seen dolphins swimming right outside our window. I had 4 kids with us and this place is so big there was enough room for everyone and with 3 showers we did not have to wait for anyone to get ready in the morning. I would highly recommend staying at this condo. We want to go back every year to this exact place.

Great condo with a GREAT view

What a great condo in a great location!! There were 6 of us including 2 children. They lived on the beach or in the pool. The access code needed to enter elevator made us feel secure and not having to worry with keys was great! Took bus to Johns Pass and shopped and ate at Bubba Gumps. If you want a relaxed vacation in a clean clean condo this is the one. THE most important room in the condo was the balcony!! What a view... Saw the dolphins swimming by one morning around 8:00 What a sight. Would not hesitate to book with itrip again. No glitches what so ever.
