10 out of 10! Really nice place with amazing views from balcony! Right on Beach! Great location! Room was clean and comfy! We had a great time and communication with the host was very fast for any questions! We will be back! Only suggestion would be, maybe a lounge chair on balcony.

Great, thorough check-in information and communication which made our vacation smooth and easy. Will use iTrip in the future. Loved the condo. Very clean , great decor, comfortable beds, has everything you need to feel right at home. Would love to comeback, it’s that great. Just some helpful info. We noticed just a few minor things. The sofa is covered in baby powder. We wiped it down put it’s as if it is coming out of the seat cushions. Not a big deal but 2nd bathroom door sticks up at the top. Master bathroom toilet handle feels like it doesn’t want to flush. Hard to describe. Also the sink drain stopper is all the way down with no way to pull it up.

My family stayed a few days and the unit was wonderful. Had everything we needed to start out. The close beach and the ocean view were wonderful. Sunsets were absolutely beautiful. They were very quick to respond if we had any questions. Pool and spa were nice since it was chilly at times. We would absolutely stay again. Thanks for a memorable vacation!!!

We had a great time. Unfortunately our travel companions were unable to make the trip this year, but the accommodations were great. Especially enjoyed the sundown worshipers we see every year. Will definitely look for this unit for next year.

Despite cool temps most of the week, it was a great stay. The condo was laid out and decorated very nicely. It was well stocked with everything needed including beach umbrella and towels. We did have problems with the TVs or remotes. Each of them had 2 remotes and all of them were different. LOL We did get the living room worked out, but too busy to call for help on the other 2. Leave instructions, please. We felt fortunate to discover Dockside Daves with the best Grouper in town right across the street. Actually, we felt fortunate to find this condo! Loved listening to the waves all evening.

My husband and I along with our good friends, Donnie and Deb, stayed at 103 Arie Dam for one week. We had a wonderful time and appreciated the beautiful facility. The king size beds were very comfortable. We also were grateful for the use of the beach chairs and umbrellas that were left in the condo. We would definitely recommend this condo to our friends and family and would love to return!!

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit. It’s right on the beach….beautiful views. The a/c worked great and actually was cold sometimes. The unit is super clean. John’s Pass is a little over a mile away where you can parasail, deep sea fish, rent jets skis, etc. Great restaurants close by.

My wife and I grew up coming to this area of Florida when we were kids. This year we decided to bring our kids down to experience a piece of our childhood. Having the condo right on the water was perfect. The condo had everything we needed and the beach chairs and umbrellas were very helpful for our long days on the beach. We hope to come back again.
