Welcome to our refined poolside Guest House retreat designed for guests who crave comfort, privacy, and a touch of California luxury. This stylish guesthouse features modern interiors, serene outdoor lounging, and direct access to a sparkling pool—perfect for sun‑soaked mornings or relaxing evenings under the LA sky.

Thoughtfully curated for both short getaways and extended stays. We blended boutique‑hotel polish with the warmth of a private residence. Guests enjoy a peaceful neighborhood setting while staying minutes from Ventura Blvd dining, Malibu canyon drives, and the best of LA’s west‑side lifestyle.

Owner lives in the separate main house with their friendly 11 year old dog, Oscar. You have your own private entrance to the entire 2 bedroom 2 bath home is privately yours during the length of your stay. You have your own private outdoor dining area w BBQ Grill and full access to the pool and jacuzzi. Owner will not interrupt your stay or have access to the pool during your stay.

Main Level:

Living Room with 50" SmartTV plus extra guests can use ottoman with twin size bed.

Dining Area with seating for 6 people

Kitchen - Fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes, wine glasses etc. Plus kitchen amenities such as coffee maker, electric tea kettle, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crock pot and waffle maker!

Primary Bedroom with Queen size bed and ensuite full size bathroom w shower/tub and walk in closet plus SmartTV

Guest Bedroom w Queen Bed and ensuite full bathroom and shower only. Large closet and SmartTV.

Epic poolside/jacuzzi views and outdoor access to large patio w outdoor dining table and BBQ gas grill. Pool heat only offered during cold winter season at $500 per stay depending on length of stay.

HVAC Air Conditioner/Heat Thermostat inside the home.

Outdoor gated parking in the driveway only or free street parking. No RV's or Trailers. EV charger available with $25 fee for 2-3 days or $45 fee for 5-7 days.

Security camera's are located throughout the perimeter of the property.

HOUSE RULES:

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.

* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid photo ID will be required, as well as names and ages of all your Guests.

* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.

MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS. 6 Guests. We have an Extra Guest Fee $90/guest per Night. Queen Air Bed provided.

The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $75 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times.

A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip Los Angeles in writing prior to the arrival date.

NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS

Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $500 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.

CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.
