Grab a seat by our front garden water fountain or various outdoor places and enjoy our little piece of paradise filled with bamboo trees, olive trees, birds of paradise and citrus trees. Plus be sure to stop and smell the roses that surround our gazebo. You will find such peace in discovering your own favorite zen spot for your first cup of coffee/tea, catch up on your vacation reading or just meditate. Right outside our private gate you are steps away from exploring all the hip and yummy cafe/restaurants or shopping on Melrose and West Hollywood.

Plus musician in your group will love playing our grand piano. All interior furnishings and lighting were custom to the home. (Fireplace is non operational).
Chef's dream kitchen with stainless steel appliances, state-of-the-art Samsung smart refrigerator w filtered water/ice maker, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso and standard coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster oven and all the dishware, glassware and cooking utensils you will need. We also provide coffee/tea/sugar and basic cooking spices and oils.

The Bar/TV/media room is luxuriously furnished with a 55" cable tv that opens out to the pool area and steps to separate guest house studio. Couch can be converted into full-size futon (extra guest fee).

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.

NO SMOKING Smoking is allowed outside only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.
MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS (8 including infants or toddlers)
No Outside Visitor Permitted. The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by iTrip Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times. All outside visitors must be preapproved.
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.
