There are a set stairs to enter the unit from the garage and inside the home for the loft area. If you have small children or mobility issues, this home is not ideal for you.

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of Los Angeles Home Sharing Dept. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.

This is a short-term rental property only. No Tenants rights apply. You must check-out on the date your contract finishes.

* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid Photo ID required from all Adult Guests.

* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am

MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS : 6 Guests

The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip Vacations Hollywood in writing prior to the arrival date.

NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS

Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.

QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 7 am. No Outdoor Music during this time. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.

NO access to mailbox or having mail or packages sent to the property.

Please fully shut off AC/Heat and lock all doors when leaving the home or not in use.

City of LA has been cracking down on party houses in the Hollywood Hills. Any loud noises reported by neighbors or if police are called you will be charged a fine.

The apartment is really nice & was perfect for us, a family of five visiting Hollywood. 10 minutes walking to Hollywood Blvd from such a comfortable apartment, couldn't be better. But you make it easy to arrive, enter and feel at home, taking care of every detail. Thanks for all guys.

We swung through L.A. for a week to do some shopping, and to see Universal Studios with the kids. The Franklin Hollywood Bowl Loft apartment is in a great location, easy check-in and check-out, and parking in a secure location. We stayed with two teenagers who had far more space than a standard hotel would have provided.

First booked it when we were going to an event at the Hollywood Bowl and it has become our go to place whenever we are planning a trip to LA. The AC was off prior to walking in and was very hot. You would think the AC Would have been on for the people coming. The place had a smell. You could see the couches had some stains. The carpet may need to be taken out to do away with the smell. The location was good and the parking was nice. It wasn't bad, just needed a good cleaning and the AC to be on for guest coming

This was our second stay at the Franklin Hollywood Bowl Loft and we expect to continue making it our go to place whenever we visit LA. The place is clean, comfortable, and quiet - and the garage parking is a big plus. The location is also super convenient with many restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions within walking distance. Definitely recommend staying here.

We travelled here from Montreal two adults, two children 15-12. The appartement was excellent, walk to Hollywood boul 2-3 minutes. (Chinese theater, walk of fame…..) The interior parking was Perfect and necessary. All of us really enjoyed our stay ! Only little thing for me was the pillows… but there where more available. Near the main roads there is a homeless population but we never felt unsafe. I suggest a car for all the sights like beach, getty, Lacma … Would suggest and do again anytime ! Thank you Michel P

Our stay in this place was excellent, since we arrived they were very hospitable helping us to make our stay comfortable and comfortable. Close to many tourist attractions, good restaurants, it is a safe place to walk and they also have parking if you are by car.

Great place to stay with easy access to all the tourist locations in LA. Clean and well maintained! We felt safe with the locked gates and parking garage. Washer and dryer were nice to have!
