"The Ranch House" is a comfortable home located just a few miles south of CO's capital city, in Littleton CO. You'll feel tucked away in this safe, family-friendly neighborhood with easy access to downtown Denver. Or, you may decide to head west and explore the foothills (Golden, Morrison, Red Rocks, Boulder, Evergreen, Idaho Springs, more..).

The home offers a spacious entry, kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms, and 1 full and 1 half bathroom and a washer and dryer.

There is a large, private backyard with a play gym, which is ideal for families traveling with young children who would benefit from a safe outdoor space to play.

We also have a new hot tub available!

This home is a short 5-minute drive or a 25 minute walk to historic downtown Littleton.

This neighborhood offers a Trader Joe's. Sprouts, and King's Soopers supermarket, as well as, spice shops, gift stores, and other places to shop.

Comfortable and spacious home

We enjoyed the big dining room, the comfortable living room, the great playroom and swing for young son and the wonderful backyard for our dog. The backyard had a lot of shade and great seating. We also thought the air conditioner worked great.

The house was as described. Clean, open, child friendly. The property manager was 50% responsive. Nothing was wrong, I wanted to confirm some things before our flight and it was difficult to connect.

This property was ok. They had a lot of rules and regulations about renting this home. It was dirty, with sticky spots on the end tables, there were used tissues under the bed. Upon arrival, we did not have a check in code and were forced to sit and wait while we located someone to help us. The AGENT, because this was not the home owner we were dealing with, stated he sent the instructions several times, funny how they were never received even after my email was verified and they were sent again. We had no idea how to handle the property upon check out or closing. We merely followed directions we used from the last properties we rented. I would not rent this property again nor would I use this agent to rent from.

The home was beautiful and cozy with a great play area for our two year old. Close to great local spots for drinks or food. They were incredibly responsive when we had issue with the fireplace (user error) and had someone out that day to help us.

We are locals, but we’re displaced for a construction project- with 3 kids. This home was perfect. From the swing in the front yard to the fun basement, our kids had a blast and some normalcy. This is just a tastefully and thoughtfully designed rental that makes you feel at home.
