Welcome to our spacious, newly remodeled home, affectionally named “The Cozy Chestnut". You'll feel tucked away in the safe, family-friendly Columbine Hill's neighborhood with easy access to downtown Littleton (10 mins), Red Rocks Amphitheatre (16 mins), and downtown Denver (25 mins).
The main floor offers an open concept, eat-in kitchen perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. The gourmet kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked (2-way coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, blender, and an instant pot to boot!). After meals, spill into the living room to read a book, play a game, or watch a movie or sporting event on the TV. There are two bedrooms, each with a full bathroom upstairs. And, there are two bedrooms that share a full bathroom downstairs. This home's floor plan is perfect for families, multi-families, and corporate rentals.
Don’t want to be inside? Perfect! The private, backyard with privacy fence and covered patio offers an outdoor living space for drinking your morning coffee, enjoying mealtime outside, or enjoying a glass of wine or local craft beer after a full day of exploring. It's a great place to relax and listen to the birds.
Littleton, CO, is a family-friendly suburb located about 10 miles south of Denver. It boasts miles of beautiful green space (1400 acres to be exact), a friendly community, and plenty of things to do and explore. You can access Denver via the RTD light rail lines D and C. Tenant stated on Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years-old and acknowledges that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. Travel Insurance is recommended, especially when traveling in the winter in CO.
