The open layout includes a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy wet bar, perfect for preparing meals and cocktails as you relax with friends or loved ones.

Perched on a scenic bluff, this home is just a half-mile walk to the sandy shores of Lincoln Beach. Spend your days exploring miles of coastline—ideal for surfing, flying kites, discovering tide pools, or simply lounging in the sun. When you're ready for a break from the beach, Lincoln City offers an abundance of activities and attractions, from boutique shopping and dining to a lively casino, movie theater, art galleries, and the popular outlet mall.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Good time but further to the beach than advertised

Although we had a great time. And the views from the house were spectacular There were a few issues. The bathroom on the main floor only had a wash cloth and a makeup cloth. We made it work with what the other bathrooms had for towels. There was only 1 bag of coffee and it was decaffeinated. We had brought our own so was able to make that work. Our one big complaint was the post stated a 2 minute walk to the beach. The only access to the beach that was close was a private one which the poster at the house said NOT to use. The walk was 10 minutes to the closest public access and another several minutes down the flights of stairs or drive to other public areas. When selecting the property we were looking for ocean views and close beach access.

We’re glad you enjoyed the spectacular views and were able to have a great time overall, but we sincerely apologize for the towel and coffee oversights and, most importantly, for the confusion around beach access. We understand how disappointing that would be when proximity to the beach was an important part of your decision. We are reviewing the listing language and in-home guidance to make sure future guests have clear, accurate expectations about public beach access.
