This spectacular 6 bedroom 6 bath home, second house to the beach with a gorgeous free community pool just a 2 minute walk from the house will sleep 16 people in 2 king beds, 3 queen beds and two bunk beds each sleeping 3. There are 4 ensuite bathrooms (two with jetted tubs), another full bath on the first floor for the bunk room and one half bathroom.
Booking Friday to Friday (during peak weeks), this incredible home sports numerous decks with water views including a rooftop deck, a ping pong table, two complete living rooms, a gourmet kitchen (k-cup and drip), an unstocked bar, beach chairs and caddies, coolers, umbrellas, and 2 jetted tubs. The house is a 30 second walk to the beach where you can enjoy the soft white sands and the calm shallow water of the Delaware Bay. Wash off in the beautiful outdoor shower. There is an elevator strictly for the use of seniors and the handicapped and a complete laundry room with an ironing area and iron. The home includes 6 TVs - with cable and streaming. Please bring your passwords.
**Please bring your own linens and bath and beach towels or rent them. Blankets and pillows are provided. (bath mats?) You will need 2 king sets, 5 queen sets and 2 twins. If you prefer to rent, we recommend "Sheets at the Beach". They deliver and pick up.
The layout of the inverted floor plan is:
3rd Floor - King (primary), Queen, Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room
2nd Floor - King, Queen, Queen, Living Room
First Floor - 2 Bunks each sleeping 3 with a twin and queen.
With room for up to 6 cars to park, you can pull two cars into the spacious garage. There is no parking on the street. This home does NOT accept pets of any type or size and no smoking or vaping is allowed.
This booking comes with additional free activities. You get one free pass to each activity per home, per day. Ask the manager if there are any extra free passes available.

Age Requirements: Guests must be 25 or older to book. Special events by written permission only.
Linens and Towels: Please bring your own. We supply pillows and blankets. All mattresses have pads. If you wish to rent linens and towels we recommend Sheets to the Beach. They deliver and pick up.
Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Coolers and Caddies: Are supplied.
Wifi & Passwords: Passwords will be at the home or in your check in instructions.
Smoking: Absolutely no smoking ANYTHING in the house. If you smoke outside the home, please be sure to pick up after yourselves to avoid extra cleaning charges. Evidence of smoking anything inside the house or on the patio will incur extra cleaning fees.
Kitchen & Baths: Well stocked with all essentials to cook for the advertised occupancy - but few spices. Starters for Paper goods will be supplied. Please bring extra garbage bags, napkins, paper towels and toilet paper as well as any special spices or oils you may wish to use for cooking.
Pets: No pets are allowed by tenants.
Cleaning Supplies: There will be cleaning supplies
Coffee Makers: Drip / K cup.
Washer and Dryer: There is a large washing machine and dryer along with iron and board.
Keys: Keys are either at the house or electronic. Instructions are given when the balance is paid.
Cancellation: Most policies are strict. We encourage the purchase of travel insurance, which is available from us or other vendors. Please consult your lease.
Parking: Parking is available in the garage, on the driveway and in the street.
BBQ: You may use the propane barbecue on the 3rd floor deck. PLEASE clean it after you use it.
Garbage: Please use ties on your bags and deposit it into the container. If there is a posted schedule, please follow it.
Check In / Check Out: 4p / 11a (unless otherwise agreed). Please try not to arrive early or stay late without written consent from management. The cleaners have priority. Occasionally, you can park at the house and go to the beach if the home is not yet clean. But please do NOT go inside while the cleaners are there.

When you check out, please return anything you moved to its original position including all interior or exterior furniture, pillows, games, etc. Please check that windows are closed and that the AC is set to 72.
IMPORTANT: Please do not have anything shipped to this property. It wilnd up in the mailbox and not retrievable for weeks.
