For jet skis, we can offer Wake Up Jet Ski Rentals at Louisville Landing Marina.

For Kayak/Paddle Board Rentals, you can go to River Sports' website. The closest location to pick those up via trailer would be Concord Marina as well.

Use extreme care when utilizing this amenity and strictly abide by local laws and fire regulations. Do NOT build fires when the fire risk is red flagged as HIGH or MODERATE. Also, use extreme care when disposing of ashes. Be sure there are no hot or smoldering coals when depositing ashes outside.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS

If evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit, and will be charged an additional $300 cleaning fee + Nightly Pet Fee.

NONSMOKING UNIT
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found. This also includes the porches/decks/patios. Unfortunately, any evidence of smoking/vaping on the premises then the guests will be charged an additional $300 fee.

HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners, bathroom paper, and soap is provided. There is a one time cleaning fee included in the booking. Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that the departure rules are  not followed.
 
LINENS/TOWELS/SUPPLIES
The owners furnish linens and towels. Any lost or damaged linens will be deducted from your deposit. An initial supply of paper products is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Tenant. Limited cleaning supplies may be provided. We recommend that you bring any special items that you may need.

UTILITIES
No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or Wi-Fi service. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible.

SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES

Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of 12 people, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.

Damages 

Any damages/defects noticed upon arrival must be reported immediately (so as not to be held responsible) with a description and pictures. Any accidental damage must be reported during stay, otherwise Parts and Labor cost to fix such damages will be charged to tenant. Tenant acknowledges that they are to treat the house like it was their own and not roughhouse or throw parties. Any such evidence of roughhousing or parties, and damages caused by such, will cause the tenant to be responsible for Parts and Labor to fix the damages; including but not limited to: extra-cleaning, clogged drains, missing/misplaced furniture, broken furniture/windows/etc.

HOLD HARMLESS

iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

DOCK & PATIO

Tenant hereby acknowledges that the premises they have reserved includes a private patio and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the private dock and patio areas.

MAINTENANCE

Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to the us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.

The house was really nice. The only issue that we had was that both grills did not work correctly. It made grilling very difficult. Besides that we had a great time.

First let me start off by saying we had a fabulous time and will definitely be coming back. The location right on the lake is amazing and so very private we felt like we had our own private lake!! A couple of weird things to know. 2 of the 5 bedrooms do not have a door so those bedrooms lack privacy. This worked out just fine for our family but might not work for a different group. One of those bedrooms is off the giant main floor bathroom so anyone using that bathroom needs to yell to the person in the bedroom to let the hem know the bathroom is in use or they may just walk out or the bedroom to someone sitting on the potty. Odd to have to go through a bathroom to get to your bedroom 😂. The other no door bedroom is at the top or the stairs in almost a loft type situation. Whoever is in the master bedroom will have to walk through this room to get to the master bedroom. One more thing, this open bedroom is really warm …hotter than any room in the house. Having said that, it would not deter us from coming back. The kitchen is well stocked but could use a cookie sheet and a new can opener. The grill on the dock does not work but the grill in the back porch does. The porches were wonderful for sitting in the early morning or late evening and there was plenty of seating. If I could suggest trimming the bushes off this back porch so you can make the view a little more open….also those same bushes are impeding the sidewalk leading to the porch steps. We rented jet skis and had them delivered right to the house. Also grocery delivery is available as well. Having the extra refrigerator in the basement was great as we used this as our drink fridge!
