UPON checkout, empt all trash into blue receptables in the garage ( 1 is trash , 1 is recycable items)
Ensure garage entry to home door is locked and front door is locked
Ensure garage door overhead closes after departing garage.( instructions, enter CODE and, hit enter)
Guest Responsibilities
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests
Parties OR Events are strictly PROHIBITED
Quiet hours: 9PM to 9AM

USE of Amenities
Patio ONLY for private enjoyment, not to exceed total registered guests
Washer and Dryer available for use, ensure all clothes are removed prior to departure
Safety and Security
Lock all doors and windows when leaving. During stay, do not active door locks (ONLY USE key pad for securing property, ENTRY and EXIT)
Fire Extinguisher available in kitchen cabinet
First AID kit available in kitchen cabinet
Cleaning and Maintenance
Keep home tidy during stay. Broom, mop available next to washer and dryer
Prohited Activities
No SMOKING allowed
NO ollegal activities and substance use
NO candles, fireworks, or firearms
Consequences for Violations
All guest will be asked to immediately leave upon violating( Good Neighbor noise and parking violations) and will not be refunded for any portion of stay.

The Guest assumes all risks associated with the use of the property, including but not limited to stairs, balconies, pools, hot tubs, appliances, outdoor areas, and any other features of the home.
