In addition to this 3BR Cottage, there is a 1BR Cabin next door that is also available for rent - please ask for details.
This is the perfect setup for small and large groups alike with plenty of outdoor space - While this space is great for larger groups (up to 12, if both Cottage & Cabin are rented together), we ask that you refrain from having parties and respect the dock curfew hours. Our properties offer access to 100 feet of waterfront splendor! Rental of the Cottage includes a boat slip, 2 parking spaces (additional street parking close-by), private patio or deck, and access to the common grounds and boat dock, which is a great way to meet new people during your stay. Common area includes: large fire pit, dock loaded with lake toys, floats, etc.
The Cottage is located on Stewart Cove, just outside of Lakeway, 20 miles from downtown Austin. Lakeway provides something for everyone - Whether you're looking for a relaxing day at the spa, a day of shopping, visiting some of the local wineries and/or breweries, playing a round of golf, or spending a day on the lake, you'll have it all at your fingertips!
