We stayed 5 nights in March. The location is absolutely perfect and the condo was great! We loved the space and had a ton of fun. They could definitely use new carpet in the bedrooms and maybe a new couch, but honestly, we were comfortable, happy and thought it was a great value!

The sand and water was awesome. Absolutely beautiful sunsets! And right outside the balcony. The pool was clean and we were the only ones there. Pool umbrellas had issues but we managed. The condo was also clean and had what we needed including beach towels and beach chairs. Repairs from last year's hurricane were still going on but didn't prohibit us from having a good time.

Our family spent a week in condo 403 and we couldn’t have asked for more. The unit was clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was a close walk to the beach and even better there were plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance as well. It was an easy process and everyone on the premises were very helpful. We will definitely return.

This rental was nearly perfect. The location was perfect. Ocean front, view of the pool. It was quiet, clean. Not all of the outlets in the kitchen worked but that was easy to work around. There were pool and beach toys and chairs in the closet. Truly a great experience, will be booking for next year's vacation!!!

Perfect, quieter location on the beach! Beautiful view from the balcony watching the sunsets! A very short walk to the beach! The area has plenty of restaurants. Jon’s Pass is close by with shopping and restaurants. Hop on the Jolly Trolley to explore the different areas along the coast. Grocery stores are nearby too!

The host had plenty of included amenities including beach furniture and toys, appliances, kitchenware, etc. The proximity to the beach was amazing. The condo is well kept and clean. The only downside was the beds were pretty uncomfortable but this was minor compared to all the positives. If we were to visit the area again, we would stay here again.

There are pros and cons to every place so let me start with the pros: Pros: This is a great place to stay with your family! The condo was clean, well decorated, and up-to-date with appliances and furniture. It's about 300 yards (football field is 100 yards) from the beach but you don't have to cross the street to get to it! Just walk out the pool door and you are on the path to the beach. It has a full size refrigerator, microwave, dish washer, and a small washer/dryer. I'm not sure I can go back to staying in a hotel for a week after staying in a condo! So nice to be able to wash my clothes and to cook a meal or two. Also a big plus is the owner is responsive. We had trouble getting on the internet so I texted the number that was provided and within minutes I had a response and a fix. It's also close to several family restaurants and there's one just across the street that would work for a romantic night out (The Middle Ground Seafood Grille $$$). If you are like me and need noise to sleep you'll be ok! We slept with the sliding door open and the sound of the waves and the wind was enough to put me to sleep. Some nights, people were in the pool way past my bedtime (and you can hear everything since it's directly under the balcony) but those nights I'd just shut the sliding door and turn on the bathroom fan. Easy. Cons: There aren't many cons to this place! There were 2 that bothered me enough that I feel I should share. The first one the condo can't do anything about and that's the other guests who stay there. For some reason, I thought it wasn't child friendly but there were several families with children there and some of them were extremely loud. The pool is directly under the balcony so you can hear everything they do and there were 2 families, on 2 separate nights that felt it was ok to have a screaming conversation between the kids in the pool and the adults on the balcony. Another family had just gotten married and the 3 kids from the mom didn't like the 1 kid from the dad and were constantly picking on each other, fighting and punching and screaming. Again, it's nothing the condo has control over but be prepared that things could get noise. The other con, that the condo people could fix, and I read other people complain about, are the bed sheets. I thought to myself, "Who would complain about bedsheets?" But, yes, it's bad. The protective sheet is very old and worn and won't stay on the mattress so in the morning it was usually a wadded up ball pushed to the end of the bed. The fitted sheet is no longer elastic so that was also usually off the mattress in the morning. I had to remake the bed every night and I had to be super gentle or the protective sheet would rip it was so old. If they would buy a purple (name, not the color) sheet it would actually fold under the bed and would stay on. I highly recommend this hotel. Great communication with owners, fun things to do in the area (dolphin cruises, jet ski, parasailing, suntanning...), beautiful condo, and a great location.

We had trouble checking in, requiring a half hour wait. We had problems with the mattress pads and sheets coming off the beds at night, resulting in a not so great nights sleep. The condo was not the cleanest, very dusty. There was a horrible smell when we first checked in, thankfully that improved. There was also no blanket in unit for the sleeper sofa.
