I could give the condo 305, 5 stars, comfortable and well equipped. Comfortably furnished. I would have to give Madiera Bay Resort only 3 stars. Other than the pool area there is no place to sit outside. The pool area is stark with no plantings. No BBQ grill. A ladder into the intercoastal would be nice fir kayakers.

Absolutely no complaints with this beautiful condo on Gulf Shores. My disappointment is with the facilities maintenance department. We reported no electrical outlets in the beachside bedroom on the 1st day. They never showed up even though they set an appointment for Thursday. Keep in mind we arrived Sunday. They were the problem. Still I'd return to this lovely location.

This home was decorated beautifully with cozy furnishings, high end touches and a great distance from the beach. We absolutely loved the golf cart! The pool was nice, and we appreciated the elevator to haul suitcases up and down. We felt very spoiled during our stay! I would definitely recommend this house!

Our third year in Orange Beach, our second year at Romar Place. We loved the condo that we chose for this year's vacation. My daughter had her own bathroom attached and the boys loved their deck off of their room! We will definitely choose this unit again!

We have enjoyed our stays many times, but this is the first time we have come in spring. The Little Green Cottage is in great shape, Steven has been incredibly responsive and accommodating, and we have been blessed with perfect weather - clear blue skies, a gentle sea breeze, and lovely warm temperatures. Can't wait to return! Thank you for everything.
