Enjoy the perfect location in La Quinta! La Quinta Cove is located right near Old Town La Quinta with its boutique shops, Zagat-rated restaurants, and coffee shops. At the same time, your home just steps away from hiking and biking trails, which are a big part of the Cove's allure! Meanwhile, you are in a nicely appointed desert home with a private pool and patio with breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa Mountains.

This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home with an open Kitchen/Living room/Entertainment room comes fully equipped for your vacation to stay in La Quinta. The Master Bedroom has a private bathroom, TV, and Cal-King Bed. The two guest bedrooms, one with a Cal-King and one with a twin over a full bunk bed, allow you, your family, and guests to sleep 6 comfortably.

The new owners have just updated the home with new furnishings and set it up with everything you need for your stay. The pool is heated, and your BBQ is nearby for outside cooking convenience.

In April, The Valley has some of the biggest outdoor concerts in the world, with the annual Coachella Music Festival at the Polo Fields for 2 consecutive weekends and then Stagecoach as a follow-up on the last weekend of April. Each concert has nearly 100,000 people from all over the world to be a part of it each year.

In March, the Desert Valley is home to one of the world's biggest Tennis Tournaments, "The BNP Paribas Open." Located at the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, hosting the biggest names in the world of Tennis and now attracting close to 1/2 million fans yearly. Your home is only a short drive to the gardens and lets you have a nice quiet place to retreat after the tournaments.

Golf is the biggest year-round attraction; you are never more than minutes away from the 120 golf courses throughout the valley. Bring your clubs or rent them at the course but enjoy some of the best golf during your stay.

There are many family things to do, as well as entertainment and shopping attractions available within La Quinta and nearby El Paseo (in Palm Desert - The Rodeo Drive of the valley), Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, etc. All of these areas are just a short drive away.

Outdoor activities are a huge option, as there are many to choose from. Not only golf and tennis, but you also have bike trails throughout the valley, hiking trails, water parks, balloon rides, the desert zoo, an air museum, polo matches, equestrian competitions, etc.

All was great with this house. There was hiking within walking distance and just a short drive to the village centre. It was close to Indian Wells Tennis Center. The three bedrooms were nice and the family room and kitchen were large. The pool was very nice.

The house was extremely clean and the kitchen was stocked with cooking items and clean cookware. Only complaint was that the bathrooms were not properly stocked with soaps, shampoos, and towels. The house is a bit dark and the decor can use some updating, but overall a nice house and pool. A very relaxing stay.

We had a great time - the house is fantastic and is equipped everything we could possibly need. Being in such close proximity to hiking was nice and the pool and hot tub were greatly appreciated and enjoyed by all! We will definitely plan to stay here again.

This is a lovely property . . . the floor plan worked well for us/family guests with the master bedroom separate from the other 2 bedrooms; the home was very well equipped with necessities; the pool/hot tub/deck area was enjoyable.We had a great stay!However, a few notes for consideration:1. Although we paid to heat the pool/hot tub for our 15 night stay (February/March) we had no heat the first night as the propane tank had run empty prior to our arrival & needed to be filled. This was done on our arrival day, but the pool equipment needed adjustment to operate properly which wasnt accomplished until the next day.2. Calle Madrid is a through street which brings about traffic - vehicles, motorcycles, buses (established bus route), garbage trucks, street cleaner, etc. and this, of course, brings about noise.3. The neighbours across the street were landscaping - adding to the noise factor and, as well, the dust level on the pool deck.Hope this will be helpful to those considering a stay at Calle Madrid.

We had a wonderful time in La Quinta. The house was beautiful and true to the pictures. It had everything we needed and some extra items (cooking oil, saran wrap, spices, laundry soap, etc). These little extras are a great addition. Thanks again and we hope to return again. Cheers.

A lovely quiet spot

We arrived at the vacation rental late in the evening and it was nice and welcoming with the lights on and some lovely Christmas decorations and even a small floral arrangement thanking us for staying at the house, which was a nice touch. The rooms were spacious and the kids were excited about the bunk beds. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and within a short drive to supermarkets and shops and eateries. It’s also near some hiking trails. The hot tub and pool were the highlight of our stay here, especially for the kids who swam every day. But the heating of the pool could have been a bit warmer. The pantry could use a few more essentials like olive oil, pepper and aluminum foil which we ended up purchasing. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!

Beautiful home! Looks just like the pictures! Will have to come back and stay longer to enjoy more around us. Loved that it was close to any stores we needed for groceries. Great quiet neighborhood, you also have a good sense of privacy which is great for a weekend getaway.
