This home is only for those who are looking at renting the very best available in PGA West! Located within the Legends Gate in the exclusive Summit section on Troon Way, the home has everything you could possibly desire. Walk through your private gated courtyard into your 4 bedroom/4.5 bath with casita luxury home. The Villa at PGA West Summit is equipped and maintained to the highest standards with the air of sophistication. Enjoy spectacular views from all areas of this home looking out over the private Weiskopf course and private lake or just sit out on the large patio with it's infinity salt water pool/spa (with sun shelf) (Heating is extra Oct 1 until Mar 31) and relax while enjoying your favorite beverage or your latest novel or better yet, watch your favorite entertainment on the 60" outside HDTV.
The kitchen is nothing less than you would expect with all high professional appliances (Wolf and Subzero) and two dishwashers. The kitchen boasts a large bar area with exquisite bar seating or choose to slip over to the sunken wet bar with wrap around chairs and it's own refrigerator and ice maker to make your guests their favorite drink. There is a beautiful dining area for formal entertaining and if you wish to have your meals prepared, we are happy to arrange for your own private chef. You also have the option to enjoy your meal at the outside dinning area under the covered patio or simply choose to eat casually at your breakfast table off the kitchen looking out at the majestic views.
The entertainment area is equipped with a large 60 in HGTV with Apple/Netflix, etc., surround sound and piped in sound to all rooms, (as well as out on the patio) is available. Entertaining is also perfect outside with the help of the professional built in BBQ island.
If you wish to just quietly relax, with friends or by yourself, choose the beautifully furnished living room with it's soothing designer fireplace.
The home has all custom woodwork throughout including the private office next to the casita.
Bedrooms( 3 have King Beds, 1 has a Queen Bed, and the den has a bunk bed) and have their own flatscreen TVs and the master comes with a fireplace, large and beautiful master bath and walk-in closet. Each of the guests rooms have their own private bathrooms with walk-in showers. The casita includes private bath as well as a wet bar.
