Beautifully Remodeled 3 Bed/3 Bath condo at Palmer Residence in PGA West. Breathtaking Mountain views overlooking the Arnold Palmer Private Course on the 2nd hole. This home is extremely comfortable with all new stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops throughout the home, Wi-Fi, HBO/Showtime, Flat Screen TV's and more! Just a few steps away from one of the Palmer Resident pools and spa. A fabulous vacation home, you will want to come back to, year after year.

1916 SF, Newly remodeled condo and upgraded throughout. You will marvel at the kitchen, with all new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All the cabinets are beautifully stained solid wood. The home has its own dining room with seating for 6. The Living Room is spacious, with a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV/DVD, HBO/Showtime, Wi-Fi, and a sound system with iPod/iPhone connection.

The home looks out over the 2nd hole of the Arnold Palmer Private course. Also, marvel at the gorgeous desert mountains as a backdrop to a majestic view.

The Master Suite has a California King Bed, flat-screen TV, and full double sink bathroom with a walk-in closet. The bedroom has its own patio, which is nicely located on the east side of the home, which is a perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee.

The 2 guest rooms come with a queen and 2 twin beds respectively. The room with the double beds has its own full-size bathroom. There is a 3rd full bathroom off the hallway which works perfectly for the guest bedroom with the queen but can also double as a powder room.

The patio comes has a gas BBQ, table, and chairs along with a love seat and two relaxing chairs with thick comfortable cushions.

There are a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room. The garage has room for 2 cars and has a bicycle to ride at your leisure.

The owner is willing to accept dogs, upon request but must be trained, manageable, and males neutered.

Close by is the Stadium Course clubhouse with full dining, bar, lounge, and patio (with fire pit) which overlooks the final hole of the course. It’s a great place for happy hour. If you are looking to play golf at PGA West you have three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman, and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament. If you wish to venture out to 1 of the more than 120 courses in the valley, we recommend you try calling “Stand-By Golf” for discounted tee times.

Enjoy some of the many world-class events like the Humana Challenge (previously the Bob Hope Classic). Or if you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top Rated Tennis Stadium, held from March 4th - 17th, with over 300 of the top-rated tennis players in the world. In April comes the Music Festivals. Now, two weekends in a row of Coachella Fest and the last weekend of April is Stagecoach. Your home is also located close to the famous Polo Grounds where you can enjoy top ranked polo matches free and have a tailgate picnic with your friends at the same time.

The home has a beautiful setting - on a fairway with the mountains in the background. You could never tire of this view. Unfortunately, the home maintenance was certainly not up to iTrip’s 5-Star standards. These were not major, expensive items to correct. For example, we never had any light at the front door in the evening because that light fixture had a totally defective socket. The doorknob on the master bedroom door is inoperable and about to fall off. The guest room TV does not work because of a defective cable box or HDMI cable. About 50% of the electrical outlets are so loose they won’t hold a plug. Shower door in master bath is in need of repair or replacement. We outlined all of these maintenance issues to property management in writing during our first week after arrival hoping several could be corrected before our guests arrived. Not a thing was done so we really question if this is where we want to lease in the future. Quite disappointing. If the owner and property management is committed to correcting these items outlined we would consider renting for three or four weeks next March/April. The own is a good fit for us since it is “pet friendly”. The home is surrounded by several golf courses in the area. Great community for morning walks.
