Issues with rental

It’s a very beautiful house, however there were several key issues that prevented a 5 star rating. 1. This was by far the most important, in so far as our needs. There was not enough shade in the early and late afternoon. The property has one umbrella and the pool area face west. In addition there were only three lawn chairs. At one point there were 6 people in the house, not enough chairs. 2. The HVAC for the casita may not be working properly. It was always hot and stuffy in there, even though we made adjustments with the thermostat. 3. In almost every bathroom and in the kitchen,it took and an inordinate long time for the water to get hot. We wasted a lot of water in 21/2 weeks.

This home is much nicer and bigger than what you see in the pictures! All the amenities for a comfortable stay! Fully loaded kitchen! Very clean/sanitary home as well! We would definitely stay here again!
