*Summer air conditioning fee: The fee is $50 per night from Mid April-Oct 31

*Pool/spa heating: if you are staying between Oct 31-Apr 15, we recommend heating the pool and spa. Please contact us to arrange this. The pool heating costs are based on the length of stay and are as follows:

1–3 nights: $150 | 4–6 nights: $250 | 7–10 nights: $350 | 11+ nights: $350 + $100 per additional week

*Pets: Pets are alllowed to stay for a non-refundable fee of $250. (For Airbnb bookings, it's a non-refundable fee of $250 + service fee.) The recommended weight limit for a pet at this home is 25lbs, but we're open to considering a slightly heavier weight on a case-by-case basis, please contact us to discuss.
