Enjoy the perfect location in La Quinta! La Quinta Cove is located right near Old Town La Quinta with its boutique shops, Zagat-rated restaurants, and coffee shops. At the same time, your home steps away from hiking and biking trails, which are a big part of the Cove's allure! Meanwhile, you are in a nicely appointed desert home with a private pool and patio with breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa Mountains.

This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home with an open Kitchen/Living room/Entertainment room comes fully equipped for your vacation to stay in La Quinta. The Master Bedroom has a private bathroom, TV, Queen-size bed, and gas fireplace. The two guest bedrooms, one with a queen and one with 2 twin beds, allow you, your family, and/or guests to sleep 6 comfortably. The guest bedroom with twin beds does not have a TV.

The new owners have just updated the home with new furnishings and set it up with everything you need for your stay. The pool can be heated, and your BBQ is nearby for outside cooking convenience.

There are plenty of reasons to choose your next vacation in La Quinta. So many events are scheduled throughout the year. The Valley has some of the biggest outdoor concerts in the world, with the Coachella Music Concerts at the Polo Fields for 2 consecutive weekends in April and then Stagecoach as a follow-up on the last weekend of April. Each concert has nearly 100,000 people from all over the world to be a part of it each year.

In March, the Desert Valley is home to one of the world's biggest Tennis Tournament, "The BNP Paribas Open." Located at the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, hosting the biggest names in the world of Tennis and now attracting close to 1/2 million fans yearly. Your home is only a short drive to the gardens and lets you have a nice quiet place to retreat after the tournaments.

Golf is the biggest year-round attraction; you are never more than minutes away from the 120 golf courses throughout the valley. Bring your clubs or rent them at the course but enjoy some of the best golf during your stay.

There are many family things to do, as well as entertainment and shopping attractions available within La Quinta and nearby El Paseo (in Palm Desert - The Rodeo Drive of the valley), Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, etc. All of these areas are just a short drive away.

Outdoor activities are a huge option, as there are many to choose from. Not only golf and tennis, but you also have bike trails throughout the valley, hiking trails, water parks, balloon rides, Living Desert Zoo, an air museum, polo matches, equestrian competitions, etc.

I rented this house for myself and four older teenagers (17-19 y.o.) to attend a local music festival. The house was perfect for us! It's comfortable (especially the beds), clean, cute, quiet and cozy. The pool area was a great place to have coffee and relax in the morning and has a gorgeous view of the mountains. The house is literally across the street from a well kept running/walking/biking path that leads straight to a huge local park (Cove Oasis Trails) with even more beautiful and interesting trails. If this house were for sale I would've tried to buy it :) Enjoy!

The house was nicely furnished with plenty of dishes. The location is great right next to a walking path & a mile from Old La Quinta.The living area could use another seat as it only accommodated 5 & we had a party of 6. The faucets in the shower are a bit hard to use & regulate the temperature. All I all we enjoyed the house & all the amenities. I would definitely rent it again.

Two families a group of 5 stayed in the 52140 Avenida Montezuma house at the La Quinta Cove foe three nights. The house was very comfortable with Air Conditioning since the weather was around 115 degrees outside. The swimming pool was very refreshing in the hot weather that we enjoyed. We had a pleasant time, the beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed for cooking and food storage in the refrigerator. I recommend for anyone who likes a good quality house to stay for vacation to pick this for the best quality and value.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this great property in La Quinta! We were there to see the tennis at Indian wells but found so much else to do as well. The house is very well equipped and the management is very responsive and easy to contact. I highly recommend this property for families or friends. We did not use the pool but it looked awesome!

We had a wonderful stay in a very comfortable fully stocked home in a great location. If you like to walk your dog, hike or cycle, you could not find a better location. It is very private with gorgeous mountain views. The pool was enjoyed by all. The property manager was very responsive to any queries or concerns we had. It was great. Cant tell you how easy they made it for us. The only thing I would suggest is there was no space to really go out and sit around pool with coffe or drinks. The table was out by the road and there were so many bees we could not go there. But other then that so perfect and we will be back.

We couldn't have been more satisfied with the location and the mountain view. We come out here twice a year and always stay in the cove. It was so nice to just step out side of the house and across the street is the hiking trails. John & Yvonne.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed just like we were home. The pool was amazing! The Mountain View’s are spectacular. Check in was easy and quick. The entire process was quick and easy. There are even access to walking trails across the street. The customer service was excellent! I would definitely stay again.

My friends and I absolutely loved this house! The location of the house was great with amazing back drop of the mountains . The kitchen was huge and living room area was spacious. The pool area was Justin perfect for my friends and I . The house was stocked with lots of pool towels and BBQ grill was great. We would defiantly Stay here again and do recommend this house.

We stayed at the home December 29 2018 January 5, 2019. This home was perfect! My first impression was how unbelievably clean it was. We are a very picky family in terms of cleanliness and this house gave us zero reason to complain. It was immaculate! It was also so well stocked with any of the incidentals that we needed. We literally just needed to purchase groceries and nothing more. The house was beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed our stay so much. The pool was also fantastic, and the view breathtaking. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

What an amazing stay we had at this property. We have been going down for years previously to Coachella and this has by far been the most beautiful location we've stayed at. The house is extremely spacious and clean. Photos don't do it justice, and the pool is a perfect size. We had 6 people staying in the home and each had plenty of room. It's about a 7-10 minute drive to the festival entrance which was very convenient and about 40 into Palm Springs. Whenever we had a question or needed help (ex. heating of pool) one of the property managers would be there within minutes to support us in fixing it. The neighbourhood is a quiet, peaceful area and is so relaxing to come home to after a long day. House as all the supplies you would need- cleaning products, plastic plates and cutlery, games to entertain the family, pool toys, etc. Honestly, amazing for all different types of renters. Thank you team for such an amazing stay!

Fantastic holiday home.

What a fantastic holiday home this is. It is fully equipped with everything we needed, right down to the basics such as food bags, drinking straws, etc. The entire house is beautifully decorated and furnished, and was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived. There were clear instructions on how to access TV, wifi, air conditioning, garage door, etc and instructional labels to help us to look after the property as the owners required. Accessing the property was simple with a personalised code that we could all remember. The pool was a very welcomed break from the heat of the day and was well maintained and cleaned regularly. The pool floats available made it even better and meant we didnt have to go shopping for such things. The location of the home is wonderful with fabulous views of the mountains just outside as well as being quiet and peaceful. There is a Walmart nearby which fulfilled all our grocery needs, and a variety of restaurants in the vicinity. We found our stay here to be very relaxing - a real home away from home- and will definitely stay here again should we venture across to California from England in the future. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us.

The Gem on Avenida Montezuma

Really wonderful hideaway that's far larger than the photos suggest. We loved the pool's placement right next to the mountain, the ease of access to Indio for Coachella (it's about a 15 minute Uber ride), and the open and sunny feel of the house. In addition, because the pool is flanked by the house on one side and an empty lot on the other, we felt comfortable having music playing outside. Also, the kitchen had a great set of supplies for cooking, and the grill came into use for no fewer than two meals per day.

From the moment I requested the booking until the moment we backed out the drive was nothing but Pure Perfection!!!! I had the pleasure of dealing with Cindi throughout our stay. She provided more information before arrival than any other person we have dealt with in the past as well as allowed our family to check in early without any extra charge. I'm not talking about 30 minutes or so either. We were a few hours early! The home was nice and cool upon arrival as well spotless. There is also the most detailed welcome binder I've ever seen. The more we looked it over the more we knew we were coming back to enjoy all the the area has to offer. I have a very picky husband who has a hard time relaxing and this is the most I've seen him truly relax in years. We would wake up early in the morning to take our dog out for walks and everyone was so friendly. I truly felt like I was at home here. I'm a Bath and Bodywash nut so imagine my excitement when I saw that's the hand soap the use in all the bathrooms and kitchen. I could go on and on for days about how wonderful everything was. The bottom line is you will in no way be disappointed with your decision to stay here nor will you find a better staff to work with. We will definitely be back to this home as well as one of your larger properties when we bring our family to visit. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories!!!!!!

My family and I had a great time at the Beautiful Casa at Montezuma. The home was spacious and inviting and was stocked with plenty of linens and kitchen items. We were able to relax and enjoy our long weekend in a very comfortable setting. My husband and I had a blast swimming in the pool with our kids and the view of the mountains was beyond impressive. We would definitely return!
