Located at the top of the steps and to the left, this large bedroom includes a metal and wood combination bunk bed with a Queen on the bottom and metal stairway that leads to a Full bed up top. This bedroom also includes two wooden nightstands with reading lamp and charging ports below with sconce lighting above on the wall and overhead indirect lighting from the ceiling. Large wooden full stand-up mirror and a unique bicycle library table round out the furnishings for this spectacular room with a view of the historic Norfolk Southern Railway Station. Luxury wooden vinyl plank flooring leads you into the Master Bathroom walk-in closet, equipped with a dresser and shelf with hangers. Historic gymnastic rings are for decorum only. (Do not play on or use them in any way).

Luxury vinyl wood plank floors adorn this bedroom as well, along with indirect can and sconce lighting from ceiling and walls.

The main living space offers a large upholstered felt sectional with seating for 9. Luxury vinyl wood plank flooring adorns the space throughout along with historical exposed brick walls and 20 foot ceilings with indirect lighting and large framed windows with views of the historic railroad station and railcars to the west. This relaxing area is complete with a 56" Flatscreen TV and black wooden coffee table with matching end table and lamp.

To the back of this large spacious room, you will find a high top butcher block dining room table with leather/metal high top chairs tucked between the original wooden support beams. Located on the very back wall is a coffee and smoothie bar, equipped with a Keurig pod coffee maker and a Ninja blender. Turn to the left, and you will find the spectacular, fully stocked kitchen. There is high top seating for 4 at the bar area and stainless steel refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, toaster, and full knife set fill out this luxury kitchen. Above the ceiling near the high top table is a large original industrial turbine freight motor, which speaks to the rich history of the building and the Southern grit of Old City of Knoxville around the turn of the century.
