Stunning 6 Bedroom 4 Bath Home with Private, South Facing Private Pool in Highly Sought after Windsor Hills Resort

Beautiful six-bedroom, four-bathroom home in highly sought-after Windsor Hills Resort with private south-facing pool and game room. Only two miles to Disney World!

Professionally decorated with special care to be child-friendly, this home is perfect for families, groups of golfers or friends, relocated executives, business travelers, or even extended family reunions. You will love the sun-filled screened lanai with your own private pool and spa (recommend pool heat in Winter months, $40/day pool heat fee. Please note - the Spa is not a hot tub and it will be the same temperature as the pool!)

On the first level, the sixth bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom. The large, eat-in, high-end kitchen has all of the upgrades including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. You will also find leather furniture in the family and living rooms and a dining area that comfortably seats 6.

Upstairs you will find two master suites with king-sized beds and private bathrooms. There are three additional bedrooms: one with two double beds and two with two themed bedrooms with twin beds (Mickey Safari and Donald Duck at Sea).

All bedrooms have a cable TV. The family room is equipped with comfortable seating, a 50" large screen cable TV, DVD, and CD/MP3 player. You can spread out and relax with the additional living room. Movie rentals are available on-site in the clubhouse. We provide WiFI high-speed Internet access and we include free phone calls!

For those traveling with young children, this is the place for you! We provide a Pack-N-Play playpen, and highchair free of charge.

Property Parking Note: The resort limits the number of cars allowed per property to 3 cars.

You will love enjoying a leisurely breakfast while the kids splash happily in the pool. The new game room will keep the kids (and adults) busy with a pool table, air hockey, darts, and a table and chairs to watch all of the action. Imagine coming home after a fun-filled day at Disney, tucking the kids into bed in their own rooms, and enjoying a late dinner or relaxing in the pool.

Many restaurants and shops are within one mile of the house. Groceries, medical clinics, Wal-mart, and a 24 hour pharmacy are all within minutes. There is golf right next door at beautiful Mystic Dunes. Dozens of other championship golf courses are within 5 miles!

Windsor Hills is a gated resort with 24 hour security. It is filled with family fun, including a huge pool with water slide, hot tub, splash fountain area, sundry shop, fitness center, kid's playground, arcade, putting green, tennis and volleyball courts, and even a movie theater!

If you would like to request an early check-in, a late checkout, or a trip extension, please reach out to our reservations team! While not every request can be honored, we will do our absolute best to make it work!
 
Typically, maid service is only scheduled for after your departure. For stays of 30+ days, we may require one or more cleaning visits to the home. If you would like to add a cleaning stop during your stay, just reach out and let us know! Prices vary on the size of the home. 
A: YES! If you would like to add pool heat to your reservation, please contact us after confirming your booking!

It is important to keep in mind: 
  • Pool heat is available from varying dates in October through April.
  • Pool heat requires a minimum of 3 nights' purchase 
  • Pool heat is set at a constant 85 Fahrenheit/29.4 Celsius and is NOT ADJUSTABLE
  • The pool heater will heat the water 10-15 degrees above the outside ambient temperature (if the outside temperature is 65F the water can be expected to be 75F)
  • Pool heaters will not work if the ambient outside temperature falls below 55 Fahrenheit/16 Celsius.
  • The pool heater only runs when the pool pumps are circulating the water, which is not 24/7. Most pumps turn off to conserve power after 8p.
  • Please double-check your listing; spas are not hot tubs and spa temperature will be the same temperature as the pool.
  • No refunds will be given if local weather conditions cause the pool water temperature to fall short of expectations.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
The primary renter must be 25+ years of age and proof may be required at any time.

PRIMARY RENTER
The primary renter must be staying in the unit for the full duration of the trip. No arbitrage or 3rd party bookings are allowed or will be honored. No parties or events are permitted. Please make sure the information we have (phone number, email address) for the primary renter is accurate and up to date at all times. We work hard to share all applicable information for the home and in the event of an emergency, we need to make sure we can get ahold of you!

NO SMOKING OR VAPING
Smoking and/or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited. Florida law prohibits smoking/vaping on balconies of shared housing (condos/apartments) or shared entryways with other units. Fines starting at $500 will be issued for ANY evidence of smoking or vaping is found in the unit after your departure (including smell).

PETS
Pets are allowed in designated homes ONLY and should be included in the initial booking; if they are not, please reach out to us to add them to your booking ASAP. Additional fees, security deposits, and a health screening are required of any pet. Unauthorized pets may result in immediate removal and up to a $500 fine.

LINNENS | TOWELS | SUPPLIES
Your home will be furnished with bed linens, blankets, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels, if applicable. It will also have ONE of each of the following: body soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, dishwasher tab, clothes washer tab, 1 garbage bag per garbage can, toilet paper, and paper towels. Since occupancy and stay lengths vary, please be prepared to purchase any additional supplies needed for your stay. 

ENTRY BY OWNER
The owner or owner's agents may enter the premises due to an emergency, necessary/agreed-upon repairs/alterations/improvements/services, or showing to prospective purchasers, renters, or contractors.

FURNISHINGS
Do not move or remove any furnishings from the premises or property. Fines will be incurred for theft or damages.  

GARBAGE
The tenant is responsible for the collection and removal of all trash during the stay. Specific trash instructions will be shared in your welcome letter. 

HAZARDOUS PRACTICES
No grills of any kind are permitted inside or in any covered areas. Grills may be used only in open-air areas 50+ feet away from the home. No open flame (e.g., candles) is permitted on the premises. Do not dismantle smoke, carbon monoxide detectors, or pool alarms as they are for your protection.

HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip nor the Owner of the premises assume any liability for (i) loss, damage, illness, or injury to persons or their personal property that occurs during their stay on the premises; (ii) any inconveniences, damage, loss, or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, internet access, electricity or plumbing or (iii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from or due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond their control.

MAINTENANCE
Please report any maintenance needs and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to, utility outages, HOA-controlled amenities, heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and internet/WIFI. 

PARKING
Parking is limited to the designated area(s) and guests assume all risks. Neither the Owner, Owners Association, nor iTrip is responsible for any vehicle damage/theft. No boats, jet skis, campers, trailers, or RVs, are allowed. Please check your welcome letter for specific HOA rules regarding parking. 

POOL, SPA & PATIO/DECK
Tenant acknowledges that if the premises reserved include a pool and/or spa, no lifeguard is on duty. The pool, spa, and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur. Diving, horseplay, or running is prohibited. No child or adult non-swimmer is permitted to use the pool without adult supervision by a strong swimmer. NO GLASS is allowed in the pool area. 

The pool alarm and pool fence are required by Florida law and MUST NOT be tampered with or disabled. Tenant must immediately report any problems with pool, spa, or safety fencing. Tenant and guests accept and assume all risks involved in using the pool, hot tub, and patio/deck and agree that neither the Owner, owners’ association nor iTrip accepts any responsibility whatsoever in the case(s) of accident or illness resulting from use of these amenities.

Homes with pools and hot tubs are under the weekly care of a team of professionals. As mandated by the state of Florida and for your safety, a team will be onsite once a week to test the water quality and make any necessary adjustments. These visits are not optional and cannot be scheduled, rescheduled, or refused. This team will not access the home and tenant does not need to be present for this visit. 

UNIT OCCUPANCY/DISTURBANCES
The maximum occupancy is based on the property limitations in the rental reservation. No parties or events are allowed. Tenants will be removed, fined, and will forfeit all monies for: Exceeding maximum occupancy, any illegal activity, damage to the premises or to neighboring properties; and any acts interfering with neighbors’ right to quiet of their premises.
Quiet Time: 10:00PM – 7:00AM

STAIRS/ACCESSIBILITY
There may be stairs to enter the premises (see pictures and inquire if any concerns).

FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS • HOA RULES
Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all FLORIDA state laws, as well as LOCAL laws and HOA rules while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida may result in removal and forfeiture of rental fees and security/damage deposits. 

HOA's
Many of our units reside in communities controlled by an HOA (Home Owner's Association), and we must abide by their rules. These rules may include (but are not limited to): registering all vehicles and drivers staying at the unit, vehicle restrictions and limits, registering all guests of the unit, specific trash protocol, pet breed restrictions, quiet times, additional amenity fees, gated entry, and more. Our team will be in touch if your unit falls under an HOA that has additional requirements for entry and specific HOA rules will be shared in your welcome letter.  

RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR
Please treat the home, the neighbors, the community, and our team of iTrip Staff and contractors with respect; we will do the same. iTrip Orlando/Delta Palms, LLC reserves the right to discontinue service and cancel the booking if the tenant or any of the tenant's guests display aggressive or abusive behavior towards our staff.  

CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCEL FOR ANY REASON TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Our cancellation policy is as agreed to at the time of booking. We do not refund for hurricanes and any cancelation will be subject to the cancelation policy. We will ONLY refund for nights that a local government body has issued a mandatory evacuation. 

DAMAGES
Accidents happen, but you are responsible for any damages or additional cleanings that are required because of your stay. Fines may be assessed for (but are not limited to): unapproved early check-in, unapproved late check-out, unapproved pets, smoking or vaping of any kind, missing or damaged items, stains, tears, rips, trash left in the home, HOA-issued fines for violations, etc. Please report any damages as soon as possible so we can work to resolve them.

Nice House but beware of property management

This is a nice house and overall we enjoyed our stay but just beware of the property management. They were very responsive before the reservation and answered all of our questions. The first night in the home was very hot upstairs. I informed them and they sent someone to look at the HVAC and said there was nothing wrong with it. Then they charged my credit card for the service call. When I tried to call to ask why no one answered nor returned my call. I emailed them 4 times over the next 5-6 days asking them to give me a call so we could talk about the issue. I received a return email asking how they could help instead of a phone call which I returned with an email saying I did not understand why they charged my card and to please call me. I never got a response so I didn’t have a choice but to dispute the credit card charge. The agreement stated they could only charge the credit card for the service call if it was determined we caused an issue with the HVAC which we did not. Come to find out my husband found a window open in one of the rooms that was left open by the previous week’s tenants. The neighborhood is great, house was great, just wished for a better customer service experience!

So close to parks!!! We have a large family and brought grandparents and aunties too, we all had room to sleep. The directions and information before checkin was very detailed and we were well informed. A few things to note: the sheets are microfiber and not breathable/good for eczema. There are few towels for so many beds/people. One bed frame was missing brackets and if you moved it to get to a charger, it fell apart. The mattresses in some beds are foam and sink/have low spots. There is a panel missing on the lanai and critters and bugs can get in. The toilets are not all tall/long and less accessible to those who have mobility issues. The pre-set table places look pretty but we felt these were likely not all cleaned in between guests and not sanitary, making the tables unusable because they were covered in decorative dishes we needed to wash to use.

The house in FL that we booked

The house that we stayed in on Archfeld Blvd was really huge and spacious. Their were 11 of us and we fit in their very comfortably. It was decorated absolutely beautifully. However, we had a few complaints. The pool was dirty and it smelled, so unfortunately, we could not enjoy it. We didn't get in it until we were there for a couple of days. We didn't bother asking if it could be "shocked" figuring that we would not be able to get in it again anyway. However, being able to go to the waterpark daily was a help. Also, the bed sheets in the large Master Suite were GRUNGY! They should have been replaced. Also, there WERE NOT enough dishes / pot, pans and tops, which made it difficult to cook daily. Lastly, (this is out of the owner's control) the area was a little sketchy. We did not feel comfortable going to the Walmart which was nearby, so we shopped at Publix instead. With all that said, the pool, the sheets and "the lack of" dishes are things that are in the owner's control. Once corrected, I am sure that we will reserve it again.

We have a professional pool service that maintains the pool with weekly visits and we could have had someone visit to investigate. We are quite surprised regarding your comment about the area being "sketchy", never had that comment before and disagree. Walmart is new and the resort is guarded 24/7. There are lots of restaurants near by as well making it convenient for dining. Thank you.

The house was awesome and the perfect size. It was well decorated and very clean. The pool was awesome but I would recommend that you get the heated unless your going during the summer. The house is a great location and minutes from all of the Disney parks. This was our first time renting a home and it was a great experience however next time we will know to bring the small stuff (trash bags, extra toilet paper, paper towels) however there is a WalMart right down the street. The development itself was nice and clean and the pool at the rec center looked awesome but we did not go there. Overall a great trip

Television are too small in four of the bedrooms and can hardly hear. Several lights not working in the home. However, the home was very clean and spacious for my family! Close to Disney and shopping areas! We loved the gate attendants as well! Great house!

We rented the house to celebrate my twin grandchildren's birthday. The house was very nice and accomodated us nicely. I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. The ice maker was completely frozen and unusable. There were 10 of us but only 4 face towels- 1 in each bathroom. The Televisions were difficult to operate in 3 of the bedrooms. Those things aside, we enjoyed our stay and would rent from iTrip again.

We had several issues during our visit from the dishwasher not being properly anchored to the ice maker being frozen and no ice during the week. The maintenance came but several things were left not completed. The management staff stopped responding to phone calls after the 3rd day. The home was not properly cleaned. We found dirty underwear under the bed and several other personal items that should have been removed if the home had been cleaned properly. Many things wrong with the home. Its a perfect location and the resort was nice. Home needed to be better maintained.

Really enjoyed the house. We have stayed in this neighborhood before at another home and this house was in better condition. Very clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. I would defiantly stay here again. Only thing that would need improvement is the game area. Had a dart board and all the darts were broken. Pool cues need to be replaced and needs new air hockey pucks. Highly recommend this property.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was as described, from the pool & hot tub, to the game room in the garage to the sleeping areas and the kitchen. House was very clean when we arrived, perfectly located for our trips to the Disney & Universal Parks (10 mins parked at Magic Kingdom Transportation Center and 20 mins parked at Universal). Kids loved it too! Will definitely book this home again on our next visit to Orlando!! Highly recommended for families with kids of all ages.

Although this was our second trip to this home, it did not exceed or even meet our expectations this time around. We were very disappointed to see how the home has deteriorated in only a few short years. No routine maintenance has been completed as everything was exactly the same from our first visit. The carpets are filthy, kitchen supplies are scarce, and the washer makes a terrible sound when in use. All upstairs drains seemed to be backed up and are almost unusable for anything other than quickly washing your hands. There also seems to be an ant problem on the patio which makes enjoying the pool difficult unless you are willing to endure a few bites. Despite our repeated attempts to call maintenance, our phone calls were left unreturned. Given the numerous other options in the Orlando area, we are likely to look elsewhere in the future.

Due to the heavy summer traffic of the home, it was done during a quick break in between guests. We appreciate our guests and are happy to offer the guests a return stay at a discounted rate. I booked a home in Orlando Windsor Hills it was my daughter's 13th birthday. After looking at many houses we picked 2540 . My daughter actually picked it she loved the rooms with the character walls. The house was immaculate. The children enjoyed the pool and the game. We also went to the pool on the property which they also enjoyed. Checkin was easy as the check out . The only thing I was I could have gotten an earlier check in and later check out because of our flights . But we enjoyed our stay . We didn't want to leave . I will definitely book a house again the process was easy and I have a big family so much easier than a hotel .

Was totally looking forward to my family summer vacation and stay at 2540 Windsor Hills. I had viewed previous reviews on this rental after booking this home. The same complaints that I viewed earlier this year are the same complaints I have. Carpets were extremely dirty, the stairs had numerous stains looks like they have never been cleaned. The jacuzzi was not heated at all. Pillows on the couches are old, stained and extremely outdated as well as the floral arrangements. Bathrooms were not adequately stocked with starter soaps, bathrooms were missing wash clothes. We requested more and they were brought to us. Kitchen dish towels looked like old wash clothes. For the price I payed for this rental for 1 week, I was not satisfied. I would not rent this home again do to the reasons listed above. This home is in need of a good cleaning and upgrades.

We enjoyed our stay in this 6 bed room home The house is great and clean and it has all your needs Some drawback was related to the swimming was not clean when we arrived and the downstairs A/C was not working properly But honestly I just called regarding these issues and the response to resolve the issues was fast, maintenance guys showed up quickly and the pool company as well I was disappointed for charging me one night for late checkout As well as the estimate of the damage was too high 100$ for broken vase and 100$ for chair repair And 100$ for additional cleaning I would recommend to add more kitchen tools Beside that we enjoyed the home and the location I don't mind booking this house again

Ideal spot to stay for Disney Vacation

We travelled to Orlando with our 2 children and our live in caregiver and we could not have had a better experience. This home is ideally located to Disney World (10mins to parking lot), shopping (15 mins to premier outlet mall), and any restaurant you can think of (less than 5 mins). The gated community gives you piece of mind for security purposes and the common playgrounds, pool, and rec centre offer great added value. The house itself was more than we needed, but the space was great if any of us needed alone time. The games room in the garage was also an added bonus. This house would be perfect for two families with children. I would suggest shopping at the Target (7 mins away) as it also has a full meat and produce section. We only had one issue with the spa tub, but the support staff took care of it right away. Overall, loved the house and the community. Also the agency handling the home is very easy to work with. We are looking forward to our next trip to Disney. We will definitely call Premier Resort Group.

Why stay "in" Disney when you can stay "by" Disney?

When I was making plans to take my grandson, son, daughter-in-love and my wife for a Disney vacation, I looked at prices for staying on the grounds of Disney. The prices quoted to me should have allowed me to have a minority ownership! Instead we rented this villa and spent the money we saved doing special things at the Parks. The villa was indeed 10 minutes from the Parks and HAD to be better than staying in a hotel room. The villa was spotless and comfortable. The management company has the rental process down to a science and check-in was seamless. I highly recommend this villa and this management company.
