Welcome to Reel Good Times, a beautifully furnished canal-front retreat in the heart of Jamaica Beach, perfect for families, friends, and fishing enthusiasts. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath vacation home offers the ultimate coastal getaway, with a spacious open layout, tasteful beach-inspired décor, and all the comforts of home. Nestled directly on the main canal, you'll enjoy stunning sunrise views, your own private dock, and easy access to the water for boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, or just casting a line right from the deck. Kayaks included!
Upstairs, the large sun deck is ideal for morning coffee or afternoon lounging, while the downstairs area features shaded seating surrounded by tropical landscaping. The private dock includes a fish cleaning station, underwater fishing lights, and a canal ladder for easy water access. After a day on the water or beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax in one of the multiple outdoor seating areas. The fenced yard provides a safe space for children and pets, and the two-car garage is stocked with beach toys, foosball, and bikes to enjoy during your stay! With driveway parking for up to four vehicles, there's room for everyone.

• Must be 25 years old to reserve the home. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.
• Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at property.
• Please respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
• No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at the property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
