If you're looking for a cozy townhome that is in a great location to NAS JAX, shopping, area hospitals, great restaurants, and area beaches - then this is your place! Great for business travelers, vacationers, and anyone looking for a little escape. This is an easily accessible neighborhood, driveway parking fenced in yard area. **Small Dog Friendly - additional fee required. Must be disclosed in advance.
Take in the craft beer scene, some great restaurants, local area activities like concerts, monthly art-walks, or area festivals. Visit the Jacksonville Zoo or even one of the historic areas of Fernandina Beach or St. Augustine. If you're into shopping - the St Johns Town Center and St Augustine Outlet Malls aren't very far away. Don't forget we also have a wonderful variety of Golf Courses, and there is always a fabulous visit to the BEACH! Who doesn't love to dip their toes in the ocean. A short drive to Downtown Jacksonville for concerts & sporting events too!
This cozy Townhome has:
* 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the others with queen beds - there is a Smart TV in the Owners BR and one in the BR downstairs.
* 2 full bathrooms, one on the main level and one upstairs.
* There is a full kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, oven & stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and fully stocked with pots & pans and dishware for your use. Enjoy cooking at the end of your day and having open access to the dining area and cozy living room.

A few things to note:
**Parties are strictly prohibited - as noted in the rental agreement. Penalties will be enforced.
The property is monitored by Noise Aware as noted in the booking agreement.
Propane is not provided for the grill - If there happens to be some left from a previous guest - wonderful!
There is an apartment complex being built across the street on Collins - which is the street that is off of the large backyard - so there may be more daytime noise - however we are still just off of I-295 so you will hear traffic - and you will also hear the planes, etc. from NAS Jax which is 5 minutes away.
Please clean up after yourself and remember that this a home, not a hotel. If the unit is left excessively messy upon departure, an extra $50 cleaning fee will be charged.
