A dated property, but has been well maintained. Some minor issues but nothing major. Great location on the inter coastal waterways. Directly accross from the beach.

Condo is located right across the from beach. Literally 2 mins with a crosswalk. Pets are not aloud on the beach, you could get a fine if someone reports it. Plenty of grass for them to use. Condo is centrally located. Both Trolly and bus come down to the area. St. Johns pass is less than 10 minutes away by car or bus. Restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The condo is priced right. You do have stairs to walk up but not a big deal if you are able to get up and down. Pets are aloud which is great. Just wished deck had some sort of netting up instead up rope tied. Overall the rooms are nice with opened kitchen. Make sure you bring enough garbage bags, paper towel, toilet paper and little cleaning supplies. They do have some but just in case you run out. Closet has extra towels, beach towels, sheets, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. You can make your own cozy space on the beach, which is beautiful. Sunset is awesome. We got to see the pelicans and seagulls eat along the coastline. No red tide at all! Pool is decent as well. The only issue we had, we did have 2 roaches. 1 small one in the master bath and 1 adult one in the kitchen. Now, mind you you are by the water and Florida is tropical. No signs of any in our bedrooms or living room. The guests I was entertaining did want to leave because of it. However, I was able to convince them to stick it out through the rest of our vacation because I had already paid for it in full. Otherwise I would had left as well. I did contact the owner and provided a picture, but he has not responded to my email. Overall the condo is nice and priced for what you get.

More my fault than theirs. there r 2 flights of stairs that just about killed my 70 yr old husband and me at 68, lol. Didn't use the loft because of narrow spiral staircase. There is so much room and great patio. Beach was very close and pool was so refreshing. This is perfect for young families. Alot of games and sand toys and chairs. We didnt cook there and ate out every night. Bring food to make because eats are pricey. Also the prop. Manager is very receptive. My only wish is if i was younger

The pictures online are exactly what you get here. The condo is very nice and right next to the pool. We were extremely pleased with the location. It is a second story unit, so some step climbing is involved, but overall extra nice place.

Lovely condo on Indian Shores Beach. Spacious living area with open concept kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig! A twin bed loft thats great for kids. Nice large flat screen In Living area and comfy seating. Outside balcony has a a beautiful view of Intercoastal and pool. No elevator so it is 3 flights of stairs but good for the leg muscles! I will definitely come back!

My brother and I stayed for 5 nights with family and everything was awesome!! The condo is very spacious as we were 6 people and it was perfect. The loft was great where we could hang out while my aunt and uncle were watching TV downstairs. The balcony is huge and has great views of the intercostal waterway and pool. The beach is across the street and is very easy to get to. There was a large TV and wifi so we were set!! I loved this place and Indian Shores itself. It's a great vacation spot..

We stayed at 210 Intercoastal for 3 nights in August. It is in a great location right across from Indian Shores beach (beautiful beach as well, check out the sunsets!). The condo was pretty nice overall, however the floors were a little dirty, but that was no big deal. You are supplied with everything you need (you may need to buy more toilet paper/paper towel) and it has laundry which is great. Huge deck that overlooks the Intercoastal where you can see dolphins/manatees if you watch closely. We went to "Guppies on the Beach" and "Crabby Bills" for dinner - both of them were great! I would stay again.

Oh gosh. You should have said something when you checked in. We would have sent the maids back out.

From Cincinnati Ohio, stayed from June 24th thru July 1st and loved every second of it. Condo is spacious and has everything you'd need for a day at the beach, and everything you'd need to cook a meal. The view from the balcony is fantastic, although the mosquitoes can be annoying at times, but hey its Florida! Bring bug spray! The pool area is nice and clean and the beach is directly across the street. The unit is pet friendly, so if you bring pets make sure you have a flea collar on them, I noticed my fur babies scratching the first day, but nothing a little Frontline can't fix. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
