I much prefer working with ITrip over renting directly from north beach. Check in and check out are extremely quick and efficient. This unit isn’t the most up-to-date, or “beachy,” but the view is perfect.

We stayed here for skiing at Canyons/Park City. It was exactly what we wanted: not too expensive, and a short walk to the ski area. The condo itself is in good shape, with comfortable furniture, working appliances, and ample room. Recommended.

Our stay at 329 was comfortable and convenient! All needs were provided for, and our condo was clean and welcoming! The resort area is lovely with footbridges and paths to enjoy and we will stay there again in the future! Tammy and Neil were very pleasant and quickly responsive to our questions!

Everything was great, would definitely return. Excellent location, very nice/clean/fully-equipped unit. My only complaint is that the TV is a little small for the room. Otherwise it's perfect. Thanks!

Clean, well maintained unit- lovely pool and short walk to the ocean. We have rented a number of places over the years but never have received such continual service whenever there was a problem. I just Texted and someone got back to us very quickly. When the tv lost internet connection a representative came to the rental in half an hour to deal with the issue. Thanks for such stellar service.
