Situated on the second and third level this unit offers a spacious open floor plan with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The galley-style kitchen is fully appointed with updated stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, washer and dryer, and opens into the relaxing living space allowing the chef to not miss a moment of fun! Dining on the hearth pine table with the view will become a favorite pastime. The living area is spacious and comfortable for socializing or simply relaxing while enjoying the beautiful sights and sounds of the Lowcountry. A sliding door, off the living area, leads to one of three balconies found in this villa and the back stairs to the beach. Two bedrooms are on the main level. The first has an ocean view with an en-suite bath. Tucked in the front of the villa, is a guest bath and another bedroom with a sneak peak of the pool that is steps from your front door.

Climbing the stairs to the upper level you will quickly realize what makes this villa so unique and memorable. The master suite is a large light filled, relaxing area with tranquil colors and a lovely newly updated en suite bath. The roof top deck is amazing with the space and views it offers. It truly is your own breathtaking oasis. It is the perfect spot to start your day with a cup of coffee and a sunrise or end your day, dining al fresco.

The Ocean Club complex is located on the beach and has 52 villas, located in the south Forest Beach area. It has a gated pool with pool deck, lounge chairs and umbrellas. The private boardwalk to the beach is steps away.

NEARBY:

The Lowcountry Celebration Park- Hilton Head Island's newest park. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is an adventure playground featuring a reimagined ship, wading pool, Pavilion, fitness stations and restrooms. A must see for all ages!

Coligny Beach Park: one of the most popular and favorite beaches on the Island. It offers outside showers, restrooms, swings, free WIFI, seasonal beach equipment rentals, walking and biking paths.

Coligny Plaza- has over 60 restaurants and specialty shops. Memorial Day through Labor Day there are events and entertainment for all.

Free parking can be found around the entire Coligny Plaza complex and is a 10 minute walk from the villa.

Coligny Theater: Known to have the best popcorn on the Island and is also centrally located.

There is a FREE seasonal shuttle that services North and South Forest Beach Avenue and Coligny Plaza

Frequently Asked Questions

We get asked about Palmetto Bugs all the time. Yes, these are roaches and are found pretty much everywhere outside in South Carolina but we like to call them Palmetto Bugs as it makes them sound nicer!  They can be pretty big, can fly and will scurry around the floor but they are largely harmless. They do occasionally come inside, especially at night and during or after any storms. Rest assured all of our homes are professionally treated quarterly for pests. Any bugs that manage to get inside will die quickly.

According to Eric Benson, Ph.D. professor and extension entomologist at Clemson University “It has nothing to do with cleanliness or the economic conditions of the area,” said Benson. “They could be around the nicest home or the nicest hotel or resort.”

If you leave the doors or windows open, especially at night, you will likely see a few. This is perfectly normal. If you see 20 or 30 all in one place then please let us know. This might mean we have a nest somewhere in the home and we'll need to get pest control out to take care of it. This is extremely rare!  

Please don't worry about bugs, enjoy your vacation. You'll likely not see any while you are here, we just include this note so you understand it's not unusual to see some and it doesn't mean the home isn't well looked after!

The Community Pool at the Ocean Club is heated March-April and October-Thanksgiving.

Hilton Head get together

We were a group of 3 couples, who have know each other for over 30 years. The couples are from Dallas, Jacksonville, and here in Bluffton. The upstairs patio is the BOMB! You don’t even have to go to the beach and get all sandy. Just sit on the patio and watch the wildlife ( both human and animal)! This was a very comfortable condo, with plenty of space for 3 couples! Everyone had their own private area and get together area! Thanks for a great stay!!

Thank you so much for opening your home up to visitors. It is truly a slice of paradise. We loved your tranquil setting right on the beach. The villas was beautifully designed. Every detail from the softness of the sheets to the beach themed decor made this a place we hope to return to again and again. This was our 1st trip to HHI and we fell in love. The beach was perfection. The temperature of the water was so warm and the sand pristine. The short, private walk to the sand was a luxury. We spent every moment we could out there from sunrise to moonlight. We also really enjoyed activities around the island; sunset kayaking, bike rental, shopping, boat rentals & some great restaurants. Our favorite meal was at The Salty Dog and our favorite desserts was from Sweet Caroline Cupcake shop in the Coligny Plaza. We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay in your lovely condo very much. We have rented many units on HHI over the last thirty years (besides having owned one for 15 years!). It's a very good unit with excellent Ocean views and access. The amenities are great and the decor is wonderful. We are looking forward to coming back
