Our week's stay at Turnberry was so perfect and surpassed our expectations! Honestly, the pictures do not do justice to how perfectly laid out this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is for 2 couples or a family. Added onto the fact that we could bring our pooch, the beach was so close by to drive to each morning and day, it had all the amenities we could have needed, the pool was marvelous and checking in/out was a breeze. We said all week how we will be back again to this space - thanks so much for a completely memorable week!

We had a nice time. Well equipped kitchen and very clean. Could use some updates (mattresses are getting old and patio furniture chairs are also well worn) but we felt that we got what we paid for. Lots of books and games available! We also enjoyed Palmetto Dunes and thought check in was easy. Loved being able to bring our dog. Good experience!

This townhouse was wonderful. We really enjoyed all that it had to offer. The community is wonderful and we felt really safe. It has a large pool available (for those that don't like to swim in the ocean), a large playground for the little children, you can bike to beach access (a very short ride) and there is a lot in the community that you can use a bike to get around. The townhouse was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. It was right on the golf course which made it a nice view for drinking my morning coffee. My only complaint isn't against this specific townhouse but it is not handicap friendly at all. Lots of stairs to get around in the townhouse.

My family absolutely loved this villa! All of the expected amenities were provided, as well as some special touches. Our favorite added touch was the bookshelf, with "gems" for all ages, including local restaurant menus and travel magazines. The view of the golf course was breathtaking, there is a community pool and park within a minutes walk and just a short 5 min bike ride to the beach. We're already checking calendars to see how soon we can return.

Our stay at Turnberry with our pups was great, after we bought a $57 flea liquid. I suggest having a professional in to solve the problem. We will be back again before too long. Thanks, Clyde Stroman

From the moment we walked in to the day we left, everything was in tip top shape. It was tastefully decorated, comfortable, fully stocked kitchen with ALL the necessary essentials. Loved sitting on deck watching golfers go by and grilling out. Our Shih Tzu adapted to her new surroundings very well. It was so easy to walk out the front door (with no steps) to take her out. The storage unit was a plus for us to store our bikes in it. Also used the beach chairs when we went to the beach. Shopping is all so close (grocery, clothing, restaurants) and the bicycle paths are fabulous. We are planning our next visit and will return to this same condo. Love the quietness at Turnberry.

We had a wonderful experience with our rental. The rental was very clean and just the right size for my family of 4. The wifi worked good, the appliances were good and overall it was a great place. You have to adjust the vents upstairs or the HVAC system will overwhelm the upstairs room, but that's easy to adjust and varies by season. Once we adjusted the vents, we were very comfortable. We did check in late and the pass office can be tricky to find in the dark. I'd highly recommend navigating to the pass office, not the rental unit because you can't get through the gate without the pass that is assigned at the office. I would highly recommend this unit.

We had a wonderful visit in Hilton Head and were very comfortable in condo! Enjoyed coffe on the deck and the peace and quiet ! The only thing we would recommend is to update the grill on deck. Otherwise, everything was appointed very well in the kitchen. Thank you!

Great place. Nice kitchen with numerous appliances and kitchen stuff like sharp knives, spatulas, etc. Well kept, modern, and great that they accept pets. Our little lap dog loved it also. Golf course view is great and you can see the players chip onto the green. At 7pm they let people walk the course (with your dog) which was really cool. It was brutally hot but the AC never hiccuped once. The pool is super clean, (And super warm in August) and never crowded. (Keep that a secret). All in all a great vacation and I would stay here again without a doubt.

My wife and I were attending a friend's destination wedding in Palmetto Dunes, and didn't want to pay what the Omni costs. The condo was clean and well furnished. The "Dunes Buggy" was very convenient, and a great way to get to the beach during our downtime. We split the cost with another couple that was attending, and our per-couple cost for three nights was about what one night would have cost at the Omni. And we had more room (and could bring our dog!). Booking and check-in/out procedures were super-easy as well.

Aside from the weather being a bit coolish for the first week, we had a great visit to Hilton Head. Enjoyed the golf(and the gators), and riding our bikes on the beach. Had some great meals and met some nice people. The unit itself is a bit dated, but very clean and well equipped. Peter, from Low Country rentals was very attentive and went the extra yard by delivering a hair dryer and shipping some clothes we left behind. I would recommend staying at this location.

I have stayed at various rentals in Palmetto Dunes and this was, by far, the best travel experience my friends and I have ever had. From check in to check out, everything went smoothly & efficiently just as outlined in the procedures packet. The condo was clean, the surroundings were extremely quiet, and everything worked exactly as indicated. (We loved all the notecards from "Nancy" explaining trash pickups, HVAC info and where to find incidentals.). The white binder listed everything from nearby restaurants to churches by denominations. Everything was just really well thought out and well planned. Even though this is a pet friendly unit, there was no evidence of previous pet occupancy (smells, stains, etc.). The Dunes Buggy made transportation to and from the beach very easy. We were very close to the pool and a lovely play area for kids. Still, given the proximity, we were never disturbed by others using these facilities. It was by far the easiest checkout we've ever encountered. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again. One last thing: one rental area was undergoing a sewage problem. The smell was just god-awful. We were so pleased & thankful that the smell never reached our villa and we only noticed it when driving to or from the beach. I don't know how the people in that area could stand it. All in all a 5-star experience!!

We have stayed in several pet friendly condos that were clean and fresh smelling but this condo smelled like a kennel. We tried scented candles but were no help. The upholstered furniture and curtains were stained and looked dirty. The carpet was stained and torn in places. The master bath sink was plugged and there was hair in the tub. Several dishes were dirty in the cabinets. The mattresses were thin and uncomfortable. Overall very disappointed. Unfortunately paid higher holiday rate for thanksgiving.

We appreciate your feedback and are addressing the issues by having the carpets, and furniture professionally cleaned. We would have gladly come to the unit to address any sink / bath tub issues as well as any dirty dishes if we had been called. We pride ourselves on presenting a property that is guest ready and apologize that this one wasn't.

The villa was a roomy 2 bedroom stay and fit 4 of us quite easily. Pros and cons: -Comfortable and roomy -Deck was a combo of shade and sun so accommodated everyone's tastes -Pet friendly -Nice community with convenient pool -Master bedroom bathroom fan didn't work - big drawback to room as it became hot and humid in the room if the bathroom door was open; hot and humid in the bathroom with the door closed -Have to drive or take the Dunes Buggy to get to the beach; not close enough to walk with a beach chair, cooler, etc.

All in all it was a great stay. The unit had everything we needed. Only down side was that the mattresses were very hard and the master bed had a bit of sag in it. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed the unit.

We enjoyed our stay in Unit 241. Everything was a described. It is great for traveling with kids as the location to pool and recreation area is ideal. During our stay, the pool was being serviced but the rental company went Above and Beyond in accommodating us. Many thanks and we look forward to returning.

Myself, husband and another couple stayed at 241 Turnberry for Labor Day Weekend. The condo is in Palmetto Dunes and you must have a parking pass to enter. The beach is a long walk from the condo so if you are looking for somewhere close to the beach this house isnt for you. It worked well for us because we have so much stuff to bring to the beach driving is much easier. It was about a 2 minute drive and we parked at the Disney Resort. The condo itself is nice, but older. Everything was very clean and met my expectations.
